Signed Bishop and Trevor Morley from Manchester City - Lou Macari made some great signings in his 7 months with us , Martin Allen , Ludo Miklosko came to West Ham under him too .
Always thought that myself

If it can help motivate some of the players then it would be a good move.
How we could do with a Kevin Nolan (2011/12 standard) on the pitch right now !
And that is exactly what is required, nothing to lose either

Re: David Moyes - 18th Permanent Manager of WHUFC

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before but I'm sure someone will let me know. I read a piece in the paper a couple of days ago about our present plight which ended by basically saying that West Ham with 15 mins to go 3-1 up Moyes makes a change and go five at the back and draw 3-3. Everton ...

Since 94/95 when the Premier League went to 20 clubs there have been three teams who have been relegated after sitting outside the bottom six after 25 games
Thanks for that James

Does anybody believe any of the teams between 10th-14th might have a complete collapse in form and get dragged into it, or is it three from the current bottom six now?
I think one team normally plummets, one of the stats people may know for defo

So it’s being reported he’s saying Roberto contributed to him (Pellers) getting finished, but I don’t see who he is blaming for keep picking him (Roberto). Source Standard for one plus others.

Was it me or did it look like Antonio wanted to come back on about 10 mins after he was subbed?

Re: West Ham Utd v Brighton and Hove Albion match thread

Our attacking play in the first half was excellent. We seemed to be making attempts for once to get crosses in early, which was, I think, partly because Soucek was getting into the box to give the crosser options. We made some other really good chances, including the one where Antonio hit a screami...

Maybe he should occasionally play on the left where he doesn't need to cut inside first before crossing.

Re: West Ham Utd v Brighton and Hove Albion match thread

He's learnt the lesson the hard way now Do you think he has ? I predict he will still have him (Masuaku) in the team/squad for the rest of the season like wise Lanzini. With Lanzini its a real shame he hasn't returned at the same level before his injury I would suggest his injury is foremost in his...

As I said earlier watch when Masuaku comes on he goes straight to Cresswell and imo tells him they are going to a back five and that is why he doesn’t directly replace Antonio/position

Re: West Ham Utd v Brighton and Hove Albion match thread

I'm not having that. That ****hole Murray is stood in front of Fab and obstructs him from getting to the ball so all he can get is a weak fist on it, it comes off Oggy who knows bugger all about it and and it goes in. If we'd scored that goal VAR would have given a free kick to the opposing team fo...

Re: West Ham Utd v Brighton and Hove Albion match thread

When the second half started straight away he had Tomas Soucek playing deeper didn't see him go over the half way line much after that, when in the first half he was playing further forward and thought he was doing ok there. Antonio didn't have to be subbed he was keeping defenders occupied his spee...
