Re: Protests against the board being planned

The press bandwagon has so many people jumping on it that the axles are gonna break. How come suddenly they're all anti-GSB. Not more than a few months ago they were singing their praises, saying how much they'd done for the club. Independent intelligent thinking is totally non-existent in sports jo...

Re: Pablo Fornals

I think the lanzini/fornals thing is the classic 'he's great in training' story. Lanzini shined for moyes last time round and he's probably banging 'em in in training. Davey keeps thinking he's gonna come good. Fornals? He probably wonders what he actually does.

Re: Remaining Fixtures Predictions.

we won't achieve the required points by beating just the expected teams. We'll need a surprise result against a decent side and we'll probavly lose a supposedly must win game. Arsenal have won EXACTLY the same amount of games as us. What they have managed to do is draw a lot of games after strugglin...

Re: David Moyes - 18th Permanent Manager of WHUFC

Having watched Motd it confirmed exactly what I thought at the time. There is no Brighton player within TEN YARDS of the ball as it passes slowly between ogbonna and diop. This is not due to tactics. This is due to idocy. The second goal is the key moment, momentum changed in their favour. If that s...

You would be right. He can play there too.
Perhaps moyes can turn him into a lethal striker like he did with arnie

Re: Snodaldinho

I'm always puzzled by the grudging praise for snods. He didn't just suddenly learn to play football at west ham, he was star man at leeds, Norwich and hull before us. He used to regularly score double (or close) figures from midfield and looks like he could do that this season. Bilic appeared to not...

Re: Mark Noble - West Ham Legend

I don't agree he was terrible first half, but the last half hour it was pointless him being out there. I think he should have been swapped for fornals on the hour. I have some sympathy with the break. Ogbonna made an incredible dribble and pass out of defence and hared off down the right wing. You s...

Re: The January Transfer Window 2020

Despite defensive issues our real problem is lack of goals. The two players signed both have impressive recent scoring records, albeit at a lower level.

We will also finish their unbeaten run, in the other match.

This shall be my prophesy.

I’m convinced Everton will get it right though, I have no confidence under our loy that we will
Of course we won't! Don't think everton will TBH, but that's little comfort to us. Only Leicester and wolves look to have the belief, the rest of us are doomed to mediocrity

Re: West Ham United v Everton: Match Thread

And yet they have 12 points and a +4 GD in their last 7 league matches(CHE.MU,ARS, BRN, NEW, MC, BRI) while we have 6 points and a -2 GD in out last 7 (WOL,ARS,SOTON,CP, LEI, BOU, SU) They've been pretty decent since the start of December, and we've been poor. Maybe we pull it out, but they should ...

Re: Are YOU happy at the Olympic/London Stadium?

Yes I am, generally. Of course, like many, I would prefer it to be a bit more intimate but personally my seats are great, travelling better, facilties better etc. I may be in the minority but by the end I detested the Boleyn. The stadium and surrounding area were a shadow of its former self and the...

I think we've both come to pretty much the same conclusion SEAHammer. Everton's problem is they used to be rivals with Liverpool, now they're not even rivals with Leicester.

Re: Are YOU happy at the Olympic/London Stadium?

When we played Spurs at Wembley, the difference between a stadium built for summer sport and one built for winter sport really stood out. Not having the wind whistling round you ears was a def plus compared to biting cold at our place. The concourse can be freezing on a cold day, but find in my sea...
