Re: Burnley v West Ham Utd: match thread

If we get a win up there, it would be our 6th straight win v Burnley. Not to many times we have done that v anyone. In fact we have a very good record of late versus them. Last 19 games played against Burnley. P19 W14 D3 L2 F40 A17 GD +23 They are a hard team to break down and well drilled. Would be...

Re: West Ham United -v- Swansea City : Match Thread

PP, mostly agree but I do think we deserved the win as we showed far more intent than they did. Which as the home side I understand should be the case.

Re: West Ham United -v- Swansea City : Match Thread

Ladies and gents If all you want to do in this thread is slag off the manager those posts will be deleted You have a thread for that use it not on here Sad to see him being slagged off after a much needed win. Re: West Ham United -v- Swansea City : Match Thread

3 needed points
A stoppage time winner which is a rarity for West Ham
Sakho getting the winner
Zabaleta again with a great performance
Lanzini back
No Injuries to report
A Clean Sheet
Cardiff-Here-We-Come to go missing again. (Until we next fail to win)

That will do for me at present.

Re: West Ham United -v- Swansea City : Match Thread

Awful game, both teams were shocking. No idea what our tactics were at all. But a win is a win and that was much needed. No idea how Carroll was given MOTM, Should have been Zabaleta. Please Don't ever start with Ayew again. Hernandez looked mighty pissed off when he was taken off. He does not look ...

Re: The English Summer of Cricket

The footage makes it impossible for the ECB not to suspend them. They are seen fighting and Stokes has knocked out someone who is clearly trying to back away. Even then he still wants to carry the fight on. Know idea what caused the fight, what reasons there was. But the ECB have been left with no c...

Re: The English Summer of Cricket

Just seen the footage. Prefer to wait until we get all the facts about why and how, but I have a feeling that will be the end of Stokes England Career. Media and Public will simply see him Knocking out a man who was trying to back away and end the fight and then after that Stokes takes a shot at his...

Re: The English Summer of Cricket

Congratulations to Essex.

They just totally destroyed Yorkshire to finish the county season unbeaten and with 10 wins from 14 games.

Bowled Yorkshire out for 74 to win by 376 runs.

Would advice everyone to stay away from Geoffrey Boycott for the next few days. :D

Re: Olympic Stadium Discussion and Questions

Someone told me yesterday that the London Stadium is hoping to host a couple of Major League Baseball games within the next 2 years. MLB did this a few years back in Australia.

Does anyone know if this is might be the case?

Re: The English Summer of Cricket

Essex leaving themselves in great shape to go the season unbeaten. Don't know the last team to do that.

134-2 in their 2nd Innings, a nice Solid lead of 250 runs. Their Bowlers again doing a fantastic job. Bowled Yorkshire out for just 111.

Re: Taxi for Karren ? Is one due ?

When is she meant to be taking up this Career in Politics and running for Mayor or whatever it was.

The day she leaves will be one of the great days in our clubs history. The History that her and the two D-bro's are trying every thing they can to eradicate.

Putting the match aside if I may. Thankfully I did not have to listen to him, but I take it David Pleat is not everyone's favourite co-commentator then. :D

Who was everyone's MOTM. For me I would Say Zabaleta.

Cant keep letting in 2 or 3 goals every other game and expect to stay up. Going to be one long hard slog of a season. No idea if we can or will stay up. So in other words, New Stadium, same West Ham United.
