Re: Diet and Fitness

Good work debaser_74 Ive managed to drop around 50lbs this year and also learned a lot about diet as a result. Enjoy a combination of weights, a bit of cycling and a few rounds of golf to help shed the fat as well. Also good to see a bit of skydiving on your instagram, great hobby. Whats your local ...

Who on here is a member at a club?

For me, its a no brainer if you find the track you like. Ive been a member at Peterborough Milton for 6 years, best course for miles around and love the benefits.

To be fair it was a pairs event so a combination of our best efforts. We dovetailed well, only won on countback though.

Re: The Mental Health Thread - (Help Contacts in First Post).

Ive also got weights at home and try and work a different part of my body each day, I make sure if I miss a day to do a double session on the...

Deviron My wife moved out 3 and a half months ago, completely out of the blue. We hadnt been arguing, but the spark had gone from our marriage. Nevertheless, it came as a total shock, and like you I struggled emotionally for the first couple of months. Suddenly though I seemed to change, I accepted ...

Re: The Golf Thread

I play Chrome Softs myself, good balls and not a bad price. In the winter I tend to use Supersoft which are a lot cheaper but dont have the same control, not too much of a problem when the greens are soft. There is something called a Callaway Supersoft Magna Golf Ball, aimed at beginners which is le...
