Re: Little things that irritate you
While my daughter played 2 netball matches on Sunday, there was a University American Football match on the astro pitch behind us. Now I like the NFL. But to see and hear a lot of British blokes whooping and chanting like wannabe Americans for best part of 3 hours was embarrassing. Every tackle was...

Re: Coronavirus
Got a bit of a nuanced question on the lateral flow results, hoping someone may have a conclusive answer. It's very difficult to use the right linguistics to search for the specific answer without being bombarded with generic information. I tested positive with a lateral flow last Tuesday. Did the P...

Animated gifs with obvious wording.
The art form should crafted in such a way where words aren't needed. Or, if wording is a must, then delayed, for impact.

Ballbags, looks like I’ve missed the boat on that one then,I got my S in June and got 3 months for a quid now on 10.99 a month :cried: That's fine, you can still sort it, your initial layout won't be for £1 is all. Basically, load up your account with as many Xbox Live Gold subs as you want (though,...

Badly optimised websites.
Especially those that, when you go to click/touch somewhere further down the page, its poor optimisation means it loads delayed content, pushes content further down the page then you end up clicking a completely different link.

Re: Little things that irritate you
When you start to unroll the toilet paper, but due to some cataclysmic shift in the earth's balance, the plys have come unstuck and you're all of a sudden trying to tear off uneven sheets. You try rolling one ply back round against itself, but it doesn't match. So you go the other way and then you'r...

Re: Sony vs Microsoft round 4
Couple of weeks into the Xbox Series S - and a bit of re-getting used to consoles and the ecosystem after years away - and it still amazes me the performance for less than £250. For me, it's one of the biggest no-brainers in gaming history. My other half wants to get into gaming, so we're getting he...

Re: ⚽ GNK Dinamo Zagreb v West Ham United EL Group H: Match Thread
Lots of talk here about formations and tactics... If Moyes is doing his job properly he'll have it drilled into his team that these matches are 2/3rds tactical, with the rest being able to mentally deal with the football shithousery that comes from certain players and clubs from certain countries. A...

Re: NFL For Dummies
I think Football Team may just end up being it, to be honest. After the whole furore died down, there's not really been much else said. I believe they ruled out a few possibilities maybe. Letting the whole thing pass and not making a thing of anything, may just be the best PR under the circumstances...

Re: 8 years
Release date of 2011
2 years living, 8 years 'playing'.
Sorry to chuck piss on the link gaffer, but those specific hours are obviously extremely wrong, so can't take any of them at face value.
Could it perhaps have something to do with shared/sold accounts?
