Spurs just did a trophy ceremony and lap of Ho or for winning their pre season trophy. I’m sorry, but that’s some serious cringe.

Re: The 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup
I used to think I understood the rules of football, not so sure now. Personally I thought it soft but VAR and the commentators thought so. Contact doesn't = foul, ball was gone.Samba wrote:Was that penalty the correct decision? Was on the phone & couldn't concentrate.

yet another "clear and obvious" which even after umpteen looks I am still not convinced it was handball by Wright.. That's right, none of these decisions are "clear and obvious". It did hit her chest first and may have rolled onto the top of her arm. However after years of the h...

Re: The 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup
Another goal disallowed for England by VAR. The frustrating thing is that they were virtually about to take the kick off afterwards when it was disallowed.

Re: Marko Arnautovic Signs
I can understand these players, especially foreign players, having no real regard or loyalty beyond their wagepacket, but whilst they are under contract and being payed they could show some respect to their employers and especially the fans. I love Arnie as a player, when not sulking, but he's troub...

Over the coming days, you will hear comments like:- We got the the semi finals of the World Cup and we did very well to get that far and our girls did us proud. In the US, you would not read comments like that No...because they got to the final. Seriously though football is about expectation, the U...

Re: The 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup
I think it's been a great tournament so far. I've been surprisingly impressed with the quality of most of it. There's a few players out there who could probably get into our men's side I reckon! And VAR hasn't totally f@@@@d it up. I'm not putting the quality down and it has improved, but personall...

Re: The 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup
I was very sceptical at first but I'm really enjoying this tournament now. The VAR decisions are a little dodgy sometimes and dissecting goals for marginal offsides in the build up just seems wrong. I understand the Camerouane team feeling hard done by and the referee was f@ckin useless but we ende...

Absolute farce..(Brazil v France) VAR. 4 minutes from goal being scored to then being over turned.

Re: The 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup
They are looking to remove cheating from the game. Why do you have a problem with this? No problem with this, but right now it's being used to delay and stop. A lot of the decisions aren't "cheating"...a keeper can come off his line to save, once the ball is kicked, but now the timing has...

Bought one from Pd1canio, trustworthy and straight forward...thanks. Dublin Iron is also very trustworthy and a nice bloke.
Unfortunately Bishbosh didn't reply to my PM, maybe he had sold the ticket, but would have been good to have been told that, as he had seen my PM.

Re: Declan Rice
thing is that no one has brought up yet... academy kids are like Bosmans.... they don't cost a penny. so even if you pay me ( :D ) for example 40K per plus plus, you have saved on a transfer fee of say 15M which in today's market isn't much at all. Not quite true as it costs to bring these players ...
