Re: Summer Transfer Window 2017 Targets

The perennial sick note has been comfortably our best player for the past few months. Without him we'd be down!

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2017 Targets

So, we need 2 goalies, at least one RB, probably a LB unless the real Aaron Cresswell stands up, a quality CM and 24 strikers.

That little lot would cost circa £100m. Otherwise 8th at best next season.

**** it, play the kids. All this prize money for places is a double edged sword.

Re: Mark Noble - West Ham Legend

Captained us to 3 points in the self styled biggest game for years, held our shape, encouraged those around him, stands with his manager...

Well done Mark. He might just yet prove a few people on here wrong and better his game having been through the rough.

Re: Gold and Sullivan ???

The idea that this site is compromised is pretty ridiculous. Just read the thread!

Personally I'm amazed the ed hasn't had a knock on the door from Albanians already.

Re: Arsenal vs West Ham United Match Thread

both our shots on target came after he was subbed though He had one blocked where he brought it down on his chest and it looked on target. I think that was from Snodgrass' one good ball in the last few weeks. When Antonio didn't come out for the second half I knew we were ****ed. When he and Carrol...

Re: Arsenal vs West Ham United Match Thread

Without Antonio our attacking threat is now limited to Carroll finding a rare bit of space or Lanzini scoring something spectacular.

Ayew creates less than Rolf Harris presently. £20m?? **** me, Dowie, Small and Jimmy 'The Tree' Quinn would be worth £100m between them in today's market.

Re: Arsenal vs West Ham United Match Thread

Thought the first hour was reminiscent of Man U and Liverpool away. We matched them first half. Then, predictably, their class told. How many times has Walcott done that to us? I didn't see Sam's teams go away to the big teams and not get beat either. We had Randolph, Arthur, Collins, Fonte and Byra...

Re: Gold and Sullivan ???

Not disingenuous at all. Worked pretty hard myself trying to have a dialogue until I realised it was just a box ticking exercise.

Find me one person who's had discussions with them and then thought they were worth the breath.

Re: Gold and Sullivan ???

I can assure you that there is absolutely no point talking to them - they have their heads so firmly up their arse. Some of us tried raising concerns before the move and got completely mugged off. I have a letter arrived from the Club this morning asking me to apply to be a SLO and am going to take ...

Re: Gold and Sullivan ???

Someone relatively highly placed at the Club once called me in tears fearful of her Ladyship.

Any employer worth their salt who watches the Apprentice would realise they'd be bust and sued within a year if they encouraged staff to act like that. It's a good example of how not to run a business.

Yeah, **** it, we've got nothing to lose.

I remember feeling far less confident when Bobby Z scored a worldy.

Looking forward to a meal beforehand, a few bevvies and a never say die attitude.

Re: Slaven Bilic: stick or twist? [POLL]

I've seen us relegated 5 times and had as much fun/tears as in the top flight.

Anyway, given Lady Brady's comments in the national media this morning there's no way on Earth he's getting sacked until close season anonymity..
