Re: Little things that irritate you

Re: Newcastle Utd v West Ham Utd - Match Thread

Down to Moyes.

We were doing well 3-1 up and he decides, yet again, to take of an attacker, bring on a defender and soit back, against a team that has had loads of chances. Result - - we ship loads of goals.

Moyes at his best.

TBF the ref/VAR didn't help but this is defeat is layed firmly on Moyes.

Re: Grow 2021-24

Thankfully this PM was very sunny in Lincoln so I thought I'd water some plants and takle things easy. 45 mins I was knackered - I ripped up all the weeds from a slated area I have, pruned some bushes that just got in the way, removed all the dead headed plants and THEN watered the plants. Bad news ...

Re: Sobriety

My sister is here visiting. She likes a gin, so I surprised her with a Koppenburg 0.0 Gin, lemonade and Strawberry drink, as she was driving. She drunk a mouthful and nearly spit it out. I tried it and it had the same effect on me. Disgusting - like sweek sugar water - which it probably is. I'd stee...

Re: Sobriety

7 Days today.

I didn't remotely fancy a drink all week, but tonight about 11 pm I felt like one. I had a cup of tea and some snacks. Wasn't remotely interested then.

Next drinking day will be April 5th when I meet a mate for a gig. Then it's no more drink to MAY 22.
