Re: West Ham United v Everton FC: Match Thread
Couldn't care less about the result, any 'magic' has been sucked out of this club and not by the manager either.

Re: Youth Consultancy Meeting
If you could, highlight the fact we need to sort out somewhere where people can stand and sing, as we have now, otherwise it will be a diluted atmosphere. And not some gimmicky flag waving, jester hat wearing atmosphere but a proper West Ham one, I don't think the club have really given it much thou...

Re: Now Hearn wants to ground share
Can't say I'm to phased by Hearn, doesn't bother me if Orient were to share with us either.
There's nothing remotely West Ham about the stadium so why not let them have a slice of it as well.
More bothered about the lies and spin G&S get away with....

People **** off Hearn, yet our board have talked an equal amount of b*llocks surrounding this move.

Re: West Ham United v Everton FC: Match Thread
At least we won't have to contend with Fellaini - he's always a threat, plus referees never seem to spot his persistent shoving, elbowing and general dirty play. Let's hope that Everton, under Martinez, defend with a Wigan-like ineptitude, and that RVT or Petric (or anyone but Maiga) starts uptop. ...

Re: Southampton FC v West Ham United: Match Thread
As for being a "dinosaur" of a manager. Yep, let's bring back Redknapp, Roeder or even Grant - belting great fun on the road every season. Then again doing the hokey-kokey when you're drawing 0-0 doesn't really have the same effect as when you're getting tanked, does it? We got tonked ple...

Re: Southampton FC v West Ham United: Match Thread
I did question how adding just Downing to our attack was going to transform our away form, although I'm happy with two solid draws at teams with some real quality. Our style of play will improve as we add better quality to the team. This season is just a case of stability and lowering the debt. Wha...

Don't think you can doubt that a point is a decent result.
I personally hate how we play away from home though.
Will we beat last years tally of 11 goals on the road?

Re: Southampton FC v West Ham United: Match Thread
What grates me is how some people rate us a lot higher than we actually are. Then put enormous amount of expectancy on the team based upon their own hopes. To then go way over the top in criticism in comparison to this over expectancy. At this moment we are who we are. A decent mid table team. Any ...

Re: Southampton FC v West Ham United: Match Thread
Yesterday wasn't that much of a strong performance at the back though, without Jussi pulling off several brilliant saves we would have lost that. It was the same as how we set up for vast swathes of last season and tbh for the money being shelled out it just ain't worth it.
Boring with no intent.

Re: Hammers style T-Shirts.
Not saying it to be controversial, but they are awful and on the same level with the cringey **** the club produces.
What I would say is that there's a definately a market for West Ham themed shirts out there, if done properly.

Re: Southampton FC v West Ham United: Match Thread
Why is there tickets left for this one ??? Why aren't people travelling.... Not an expensive place to visit on the train, 90 mins away and a good chance of 3 points. Don't really understand why there are tickets left and why people can't seem to be asked. ALWAYS a good drink. Can't say for certain ...

We've stagnated IMO, alot of clubs have pushed on over the summer.
