Re: Official Betting Thread

In my opinion a great bet today is the murray federer match in the over/under sets bet Bookies are varying from under 39.5 sets to 42.5 sets dependant on where you bet But under 42.5 sets at an average of about evens looks like free money to me I can see federer winning this 3-0 or 3-1 with an aver...

Re: Official Betting Thread

Ha ha, I've got a self exclusion from some ultra muggy site called Betclic. I only signed up to if for the whole free bet lark and due to some very stringent withdrawal procedure I have managed to get £250 stuck in there without any possibilty of getting it out in the near future. My take on this i...

Re: Summer 2012 Transfer and Rumours Thread

Gebre Selassie has become very overrated off the back of this tournament. Forgetting tonights game against a difficult opponent in Ronaldo, he had similar positional problems against the Russians. I guess since he runs up the line very fast he must be a good player to some people!

Re: Summer 2012 Transfer and Rumours Thread

Holt should be a complete non starter! See we are being linked with Charlton's Chris Solly, their current player of the season, only seen him a few times, what do others think? at least he is 21 and not one of the many Over 34's we keep getting linked with!! My friend a Charlton season ticket holde...

Re: Summer 2012 Transfer and Rumours Thread

I'm a big fan of Ashley Westwood (the younger one) not the one Hammerman is going on about. Can play as a defensive midfielder or as a full back but better in the def mid role. When I last saw him play he was quite lightweight but has a great passing range. I would of said he is championship level r...

Re: Official Betting Thread

Unbelievable odds on the double have to be France/Ribery the double is a whopping 300/1 !!!!! The man is scoring a goal a game at the minute and if France make it through to the later stages 5 or 6 goals is usually enough for the golden boot Nice tip Screech...I'm on but restricted with Blue Sq so ...

Re: Official Betting Thread

My confusion (thanks by the way) is that bet365 offer the -1.5 so reading this thread I have always wondered why anyone would take the -1. Maybe they are just confused  For example Bayern Munich -1 pays 2.350 Bayern Munich -1.5 pays 3.10 Why would anyone take the 1st bet? These are ASIAN hand...

Re: Official Betting Thread

All well and good having that philosophy but you need the players (Messi) to pull that off.

Not at all, most casual punters do it your way and it's more fun to be honest...i've got to the stage where i'd rather be boring and disciplined to try and win money rather than have a casual punt.

Re: Official Betting Thread

Shreddie are you saying the match is fixed so the Asian markets know or that the Asian backers have done all the studying and you are happy to follow their lead when they move? 2nd part mate, clever syndicate money..,of course doesn't mean it's going to win but you are getting value in the longrun.

Re: Official Betting Thread

I don't understand what that means. I noticed you got one of these under/over predictions right the other day. Is it specifically a market you study? It's more about following moves rather than studying, so I'm going with the flow of the money more than anything and hoping that it is correct. Picki...
