Re: Who Will Beat Us To Top 4?
No. It is currently very possible for nine PL teams to qualify for European competition for next season. My understanding is that we would be limited to 8. If both us and Leicester won our competitions then we’d have 5 teams in the champs and 3 in Europa with no team in the Conference. Either way 7...

Re: The Summer Transfer Thread 2022.
Antonio in the prem has always been better as a RW rather than LW for me. He isn’t one of these technical wingers who we want cutting in on to his stronger foot. He was more of an old school winger who should be getting to the byline and cutting it back, whilst also using his body to shield the ball...

Re: The Summer Transfer Thread 2022.
We are certainly going to need a few players this window given we are losing Noble, Yarmolenko, Fredricks, Kral plus I’d expect us to move on Arthur, Randolph and possibly Diop. Between them they may not have played a huge amount but they were still available when called upon, especially for the Eur...

Re: Other fixtures (16th-21st April)
I think they’ll struggle next season if they make the CL. Their good form this season has largely been off of the back of playing the same XI every week. Depends on their summer but I’d generally agree. If Tottenham don’t get top 4 I can’t see Conte staying around unless he gets a huge transfer kit...

Re: Who Will Beat Us To Top 4?
I think our hopes of the conference league depend on Wolves and possibly Man U barely picking up any points. I can’t see us getting more than 6 ourselves, likely only 4. The Arsenal and Man City games are complete write offs as far as I’m concerned. That leaves our game against Chelsea who have just...

Anything that stops Tottenham getting 4th for me.
That’s a huge result for Arsenal.

Re: Semi final home leg ticket sales, dates, and prices
If you get into the site, even though your basket may time out, you can you in and try again - it doesn't put you to the back of the queue. I would think the queue will go down once they clear the backlog of people trying to checkout. This worked for me. You remaining time drops to around 2 minutes...

Re: Semi final home leg ticket sales, dates, and prices
Website crashed as I was trying to go to the checkout. I assume that is my chance gone. Gutted.. The website kicked me out when I had got to the front of the queue. I then tried to re-log in with a lot of delay and then suddenly found myself able to select tickets. But now the site is so slow it's ...

Re: Semi final home leg ticket sales, dates, and prices
Same membership, one on laptop although I entered from google search so I may not even be logged in. 16:10 it says I will be in to the site now on the lowest queue number I'm too worried to risk logging in on another device now. :cried: Currently 4537 down from 8107 with 14 minutes wait. For any se...

Are you logged in on two different devices to two different memberships?
I'm 8107 in the queue on a season ticket holder log in but don't want to try logging in twice on the same account.

Re: The Summer Transfer Thread 2022.
If we do go for Lingard in the summer you’d have to think his stock has fallen a fair amount over the last 12 months.
I doubt he’ll have as many offers as you might expect from European clubs and I’m not sure he justifies a contract over £100k a week any longer.

Re: The centre back conundrum
Assuming neither Zouma or Ogbonna make a miracle return for the Frankfurt game, I expect Moyes will name a side with the fewest disruptions to the defence and midfield. I assume that means Johnson at left CB in a back four and everyone else where they usually play. For me the only real question is ...

Re: Other fixtures (16th-21st April)
I hope so but it the five of us (Arsenal, Spurs, Man U & Wolves) all seem determined to finish the season in poor form. If it wasn’t for Europa I think we’d have ended finishing 5th but the Burnley and Brentford games have really held us back. I reckon Man U only need 6 points to guarantee fini...

Re: Other fixtures (16th-21st April)
The scouse are going to win the league aren’t they? I think they’ll win every remaining game and City won’t. I don’t even want to think about the very real possibility that they win the quadruple… I think the 4 trophies up for grabs will be split between Man City and Liverpool, Man City won’t go em...

Re: The centre back conundrum
Lots of talk about the height of the person who plays CB with Dawson, but not much mention of pace. If we were to pair Kral (never happening) or Soucek with Dawson we would be very susceptible to the ball in behind. I think it has to be Johnson as he's of reasonable height (approx 6ft) and has a dec...

Re: Semi final home leg ticket sales, dates, and prices
If you two season tickets which are purchased together does that mean you'll be able to buy 4 extra tickets, i.e. 2 for each season ticket?
I assume yes, but I'd never want to pre-guess the logic of West Ham when it comes to ticket sales.
