Re: Need a new car

I signed up for electroverse and that means I can charge anywhere and it gets added to my monthly electricity bill. My only issue is the stupid algorithm that predicts range. It's all over the place. Started on 210, then 195, now 185. Have to do a daily motorway trip, so guess that's affecting it. ...

Re: The Summer Transfer Thread 2024

I wonder if we did end up selling Paq, we might consider buying an athletic DM who could pick a pass and playing 2 dms with Bowen right, Kudus central, a new LW and a new striker This kind of thinking is the way forward, we can't replace paquata, he is a special talent. We can however improve the t...

Re: Bayer Leverkusen v West Ham Utd Europa QF 1st leg match thread

If Bowen misses the game i think we need to take the positive of Kudus playing back on the right. I think he looks much better on that side. Fab Coufal Mav Zouma Cresswell Soucek Paq Kudus JWP Emerson Antonio I think cresswell is the worst option in this situation If Bowen is out we have to go 3 at...

Re: Need a new car

The schedule worked fine, cheers Mumbles. It’s also given me an extra 10 miles so I’m up to 330m on a full charge now, hopefully that will go up a bit even more in May/June/July. I set it in the car didn’t touch the app. No fiddling about this time and it’s cost me the grand total of £8! :) I love ...

Re: The Summer Transfer Thread 2024

You can at least buy someone who does some of what he does Rice was replaced with Alvarez and JWP in the middle who both give us a bit of what he did. Alvarez in fact, does some of what Rice gave us and does it better (while not giving us some of the other stuff Rice gave us). Nobody on that list c...

I thought that, after going to the trouble of changing the rules to FPTP, they would have bothered to actually select an electable candidate.
The last Tory that was electable and likeable was Rory Stewart

And he left the party

In the same way Joe Biden is President because he wasn’t Trump, surely Susan Hall should be the next Mayor because she isn’t Khan? No. He will win because he isn't a Tory. ^^^^ Jesus, and I thought that remembering to charge my phone at night is complicated Once set up it's really not difficult. Re: Where will we finish?

6 league games remaining

Fulham
Palace
Liverpool
Chelsea
Luton
City

The only 100% loss I can see is city

I think we can beat 4 of them if we play to our strengths

And got a feeling we will draw with Liverpool to cost them the title

I strongly think we will finish top 8

Re: Need a new car

Project EV, as I say it’s temperamental! When I plug it in the car sits on a “initalising charge’ yellow screen for an age before the light on the dash turns green and stars to charge. I often have to fiddle about with settings in the car or on my phone. Tbh we should of got an Ohme charger but Mrs...

JWP pen record is 36 pens taken 30 scored

Paquata has never missed but has only taken 6 apparently in his entire career

Re: Need a new car

Had an EV for about a month now and completely impressed with it. Official range is 400 miles but I’m getting 320 on a full charge (I’m reading that might go up in warmer months) but Polestar recommend not to charge to 100% to preserve the battery so I normally charge to 90% and that lasts me about...

Re: The Summer Transfer Thread 2024

I would like use to take another look at Downes. Watched him vs Ipswich and he did impress. Playing another season in the Championship may have been just what he needed. I think there's a good opportunity to get a RB based on decent ones available with premier league experience. Pushing the problem...
