Bunked off school and spent the day at my mates when we were about 7.
Unfortunately for us we picked parents evening to do it, cue teacher asking bewildered parents how we were as we hadn’t been in school today.

My eldest is doing a sports course at UEL, and today they had a session on well being and transitioning into new roles, when the lecturer introduced special guests Thilo Kehrer and Mo Kudus.

I have a decent diet, and I exercise, and I don't smoke. I still take Pascal's Wager approach to vitamin supplements (HealthSpan) - I take them as they might help in some way. Even if they don't, it won't make anything worse (other than bank balance), and they will increase the quality of my urine....
