Re: FIFA 15 annoucement

The chances of getting these cards is how much exactly I wonder? Not had a single 'special' card all year so won't be buying any packs to try

Re: Little things that irritate you

The front wheel of my robomower that broke off today. In fact the bloody thing has been a constant source of frustration and disappointment ever since I bought it.

Yes I know, a contender for the most middle-class, 1st world problem ever posted in KUMB history

Re: Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt

I do wonder why any game maker thinks crafting is anything other than an incredibly tedious exercise. Really put me off WoW when it was introduced and similarly on other games of a similar ilk I've tried.

Apparently the code to open the cell door spells the, er, 'point of entry' of the Princess.

Re: Project Cars

I read a review of this and they were saying that you need to tweak the cars' settings for each track/weather change and it makes a big difference. Sounds a bit too much petrolhead & anorak for my liking, although I'm aware that it was crowdfunded by car enthusiasts to be like this so fair enoug...

^^^ So you were a whisker away from being the son of a saint. I'm sure people were canonised for less in the Middle Ages.....or burnt at the stake for being a witch. Maybe your Mother had a lucky escape.

Re: FIFA 15 annoucement

Got Neuer today in my free pack. Annoying due to chemistry I won't get the best out if him, but not bad to pull out a level 90 player.

Free untradeable rare packs these next three days. Finally pulled what should be a decent player out of one of these packs in Aguero.

While I'm pleased that he'll be receiving a testimonial, I really do hope the last game will be a competitive match.

Modern Lego My daughter is of the age that she gets bought a lot of Lego as gifts, which I'd normally be overjoyed about. I loved Lego as a kid, and I'm very happy to spend time with her building the kits she gets. However they are now so complex and full of tiny little bits peculiar to that particu...

Scarface. One of those films I always wanted to see but never had. Despite the really dodgy 'Top Gun' style 80s soundtrack, it was a great film and Al Pacino a world away from his, on the face of it at least, similar type of role in the Godfather trilogy.

Re: FIFA 15 annoucement

This is in normal seasons, you can see your previous 20 results and then click the names and it shows you their division, record and recent results and 9 times out of 10 if I lose a game it's to someone in Div 3 with an average record, yet I'll beat everyone with decent records and in my division a...

Re: Little things that irritate you

When standing in a long, long queue, like at an airport check-in or in a shop, and the people at the very front seem to be in their own world and oblivious as to when a desk comes free, and have to be shouted at to move when one finally does. When I'm at the front I'm scanning all the desks for the ...

Rocksmith 2014 Always wanted to learn to play the guitar so picked this up and got a cheap second hand electric guitar from a local Facebook group. It's really great fun, and my early days guitar playing skills have progressed from totally non-existent to pretty terrible, but it's great to learn wh...

Re: The Order 1886

I liked the look of this, not least because it's Victorian London-based. I think I'll wait until the price drops before ordering though as the reviews have been fairly average, but I wouldn't mind paying half price for it. In truth I've got too big a queue of games to finish first so I might as well...
