Re: Summer Transfer Window 2017

Stats become irrelevant when your TEAM is not performing. 18 months ago when Sneiderlin was bench warming for Man U and Kouyate was killing it in a great performing West Ham side you would have been saying the same thing? Last year we struggled like crazy so its clear the stats are not going to favo...

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2017

It's not just his movement creating spaces for others to capitalise on either. When he comes to receive the ball in midfield, he invariably opens the pitch up with intelligent raking passes into the spaces he's just helped create. It's been evident in the pre season games he's already played for us....

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2017

Opinions hey, I dont think i have seen enough to say Pickford is better than Hart I dont think Coleman is as good as Zab even at 32 Keane I dont have over Reid and I dont have Jagielka / Williams over Ogbonna either Baines is marginally better than Cresswell (was much better a few years back) Sneide...

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2017

The same defense that the previous season kept about 10 clean sheets and conceded 13 goals less. We needed a right back in our 15/16 season we signed Byram in the January and it didn't work out, everyone was happy with the rest of our defense based off our 15/16 season they weren't costing us points...

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2017

Sorry if I'm covering bits that's already been said however the net spend jargon baffles me. Do fans really want us to spend money just because? Now I understand looking back 2 years when we really needed to invest in January to push for CL and didn't and I was severely pee'd off like the rest and t...

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2017

People talking about replacing Lanzini and mentioning random blokes from South America really need to do their homework. I for one don't think Lanzini is going anywhere and if Liverpool get the money from Coutinho and chuck 50 million our way to get Lanzini then going on our much improved way of doi...

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2017

I think the young lad will be a good player for us, he's got good touch and vision if the videos are anything to go by, and he is genuinely two footed. What I like most is that we signed him with basically no one hearing about it until right before it was done. I also like the way we are signing pl...

Re: Manchester United vs West Ham United match thread

I'm going for a 1-1 draw. Mourinho will be hungry for tomorrow and the missed training days will damage their preparation for us. Mourinho won't want to lose so I reckon he'll sit back. Would say 1-0 us but a West Ham and clean sheet just don't go. Chicharito with a first half goal on his debut... :...

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2017

Jack has put a 'signing' emoji on his twitter. Either that is the kid from Sweden or Lanzini is finally signing a new contract and all the speculation about his future can go away Yeah, saw that. Seems silly to do that for a youth player, so I'm hopeful Lanzini is done. Could of course be a signing...

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2017

Feels good losing my post virginity, I've been reading this forum since I was 18 (I'm now 31).That must be some kind of record. Congrats and welcome! Thanks UTJ, however it's a sad record to hold. It became a daily custom waking up to Cockney Hammers news and never got to say thanks. Always enjoyed...

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2017

Hi guys, Fells good losing my post virginity, I've been reading this forum since I was 18 (I'm now 31). I keep seeing "ambition" crop up. In all fairness I for one am happy with business thus far this season. I think we need another striker thats for sure and I really believe we'll get it ...
