A lot of work goes into the role off the pitch and it clearly hindered Rice at points last season.

Let our longest serving player and vice do the hard stuff, allowing Aguerd to focus on the matches.

Re JWP he's like Nobes - plays better with good players around him.

Big yes from me. Leader, British, not injury prone, works hard, set pieces, can play.
