Re: January transfer window

This reads to me that the targets are Sullivan’s targets and not Moyses. And similar to Bilic, he doesn’t want them. They could be the targets of anyone, Sullivan, Henry, Junior or Doris the Tea Lady, that's irrelevant to my question. If Moyes has the final say (and I read that you imply he does, a...

Re: January transfer window

Sully always waits until the last minute, he is playing with fire this time though. If we get (and that's a very big if ) any reinforcements signed by the time Sully takes his finger out we will already have played Huddersfield, Bournemouth, Palace and Brighton and our fate might already have been ...

Re: January transfer window

Club are blaming a "slow moving Moyes" for a lack of signings so far! Where does it say The 'Club' are blaming Moyes for anything?? It doesn't of course, but now that slant has been made it will become holy writ to some. The first paragraph of the article is interesting: “West Ham boss Da...

Re: January transfer window

It doesn't mean impossible though Ted does it? Indeed it doesn't and I never meant to suggest that it was. Just trying to point out that an experienced Chairman knows that's it's difficult as it seems that some KUMBers seem to have opposing viiews to Levy. BTW, I'm not senile enough not to realise ...

Nevertheless, he confirmed that the January window is a difficult one, irrespective of the summer window.

Re: January transfer window

January is notoriously difficult for West Ham to make signings. As I posted, Daniel Levy has said January is a very difficult month. No rumour, straight from his mouth on television. I think he might know a think or two about the mechanics of transfers, but then again perhaps he hasn't played one o...

Re: January transfer window

Daniel Levy today said, ""Mauricio’s strategy has always been that if an opportunity arises that he thinks can improve the squad then we will need to look at it, but January is always a very difficult window."
January very difficult? Copycat.

Re: Tottenham Hotspur v West Ham Utd match thread

Disciplined performance overall.
Rice continues to impress, he should only get better.
Watching Adrian celebrate our goal, added to his performance, pointed up the difference between him and Hart. He should remain our #1 for the rest of the season.
