Re: ✍ Kurt Zouma
Its annoying beause he pulled up just before Half Time feeling his hamstring after that last ditch tackle on RLC. He probably aggravated it by playing on

Re: ⚽ West Ham Utd v Chelsea: match thread
The OV was so funny, how they can say we played rubbish is laughable. They even put in the tiresome excuses of a packed schedule and injuries...we had a makeshift defence and two defensive injuries in the 90 minutes. We arguably created more clear cut chances than they did without dominating the bal...

Re: ✍ Kurt Zouma
He pulled up just before Half Time when he made a last ditch tackle on RLC. It looked like an aggraation of that,he was holding his hamstring right? Hopefully 4-6 weeks at the very worst but not ideal regardless. Do the Czechs have any good centre backs we can raid in January? :eyes: One thing i wil...

Re: FM22
I really like this years version but if you dont enjoy the extras on top then i definitely recommend going for the Touch versions as they are bit lighter. The press conferences, scout meetings, training meetings etc can get tedious. On the flip side i let my staff do the training, i have a DoF for th...

Re: Best tactics for FM22
It all comes down to who i am managing. I have never really been a pressing manager but had a lot of success on FM21 as Nottingham Forest had some very fit and fast players so i pressed high. Usually i am very structured, sit tight and counter with pacy wingers and strong target man supporting :cryl...

Re: Running
I have bought two different trainers since i last posted here :crylol: I am training for the Brighton Marathon next year so got a rotation going between Hoka Clifton Edge (slow run days), Hoka Mach 4 (general training, basic miles) and bought some Hoka Carbon X2 which are great for the longer miles ...

Re: Running
Every other day is a lot for running, do you go full out or do slow runs? I need to embrace the slow runs more, i dont do enough of them but a lot of good runners swear by them for strengthening and fitness. On another note, ordered some Mach 4's as the reviews are too good, they should arrive for m...

Re: Running
No problem, i think im going to get the Mach 4's in a few weeks. My clifton 7's are reaching the 300 mile mark but still look like they have another 200 hundred miles in them they are so robust. I will keep them in the rotation for the slow distance runs. It all comes down to preference, some people...

Re: Running
Oh dear, sounds like horrible pain, sorry to hear! Which hokas you use? I will have to change for a new pair in couple of 100s, maybe I could check your choice i wear the Hoka Clifton 7, i believe the Clifton 8's are out now I am tempted to get the Hoka Mach 4 as my next trainer however as all the ...

Re: Running
Plantar fasciitis is horrible, mate. I've had it about 6 years although it's manageable now. Got it from doing burpees barefoot like an idiot. Inserts in all my shoes and special flip flops all but cured it Yeah that would do it! Think its most common with Basketball players and Dancers jumping on ...

Re: Running
Massive fan of the Nimbus, done some of my best runs in them but I found them a bit on the heavy side compared to Hokas. Plantar Fasciitis is an injury to the Heel, think its stress related and i got it when i was upping my distance too quickly. Best way i can describe it is a shooting pain from the...

Re: Running
Well done to all who did the Marathon  I signed up for Brighton in April, i had enough of the Ballot Rejections for London. I did London in 2015 and missed my sub 4 hour target by 31 seconds and still haunted to this day! Trained for Valencia a couple of years back and got injured in the buld ...

I get horrible flashbacks of his crosses he couldn't get higher than 2ft off the floor and always hitting the first man. Other than that he wasn't too bad for the most part.

Re: Lukasz Fabianski signs
Dont really understand the criticism for the second goal, its an instinctive save. In hindsight its easy to say he should have pushed it away from goal but its a different thing entirely doing all this when a header is coming at you from 6 or 7 yards and you have to react. I think its good we have A...

Re: ⚽ Manchester Utd v West Ham Utd: match thread
'It's not fair, they run too much'. Guess what pal, this team runs against everyone. I never understand these comments from Man Utd fans :crylol: We both had second string teams out last night and i guess our players wanted to prove a point and work their way into the first team more than theirs.. ...

Re: ✍ Alphonse Areola
Its just nice to have two good goalkeepers going at it for the number 1 spot...I look back to David Martin, Randolph
and Roberto being our best options and I feel a lot better now!!
Lukasz still number one for me, but it was a decent performance and im sure there is more to come.

Re: ⚽ Manchester Utd v West Ham Utd: match thread
I think if we play a back 5 we need to have a fit Masuaku otherwise we don't have much to offer. We improved with Cresswell at LWB in the second half, i think Ben Johnson is being asked to fill in too many times in unfamialir territory. It is great he can do a job there but his passing game suffers ...
