How much did that cost? Is there an option or obligation to buy? Is he actually any good?

Re: David Moyes - 18th Permanent Manager of WHUFC

So who are these strikers that clubs are willing to loan out without an option to buy and with a modest fee?

Re: Manchester United vs West Ham United - FA Cup 5th round

Ah yes the Mipo conundrum. Moyes watches him in training every day if the week. There has to be a reason he prefers the ineffective Yarmo. Maybe he is protecting him. The biggest mistake was getting rid of Haller in January. It made no sense then and even less sense now. The Mipo clamour always rem...

Re: ⚽ Fulham v West Ham Utd: match thread

Loftus Cheek is a good player. Carries the ball so well. He was the one that did the damage in the Stamford Bridge game in the payet season. Dodgy penalty I remember after he ghosted into the box? He dived outside the box and won a penalty. Robbed that Season. No doubt a good player but the way he ...

Re: Welcome Jesse Lingard

Our entire front four was poor today. Benrahma was hooked with an eye on the cup game, same for Bowen. And I'd assume that's why we didn't see Fornals.

Fabianski booked for time wasting at 18th placed Fulham who haven't won in 11.

That's an embarrassing thing to happen.

He was having a dig at McGinn who said post match that we played for a draw.

Re: ⚽ Aston Villa v West Ham Utd: Match thread

This 'fatigued' Villa performance seems to have taken hold. The scouse lady, Sue something, referenced it this morning on TV. Where are they getting this crap from? Plus in the preview to the Villa/Arsenal game, Rio Ferdinand talking up Grealish like he was Maradona. Did nobody see what Coufal did ...

I think it's more the high stamina, all action, aggressive performances.

And the crazy eyes.

For me it's purely as the Liverpool led to quite a lot of inter-fan conflict due to the nature of the performance.

Whereas this one was perfect. This is my positive place

There's something really really satisfying about seeing opposition fans so angry and flustered about Lingard now that he plays for us

Re: Welcome Jesse Lingard

Isn’t it true you only support West Ham when Moyes is the manager? I remember IB coming on here during Pellegrini's first season and eating humble pie, saying how much he's enjoying the football and how well Pellegrini is doing. We also have many on here like Al-Fisti and University-de-chile who in...

Probably the best defensive right back in the league. Going forward so-so but in defence Wow! Grealish tonight and Zaha twice blotted out of the game. Aided and abbetted by Lightning Fred a real defensive tour de force. I think so so is harsh. He's not the fastest or most skillful, but he's not lac...

His second goal, on replay, was under the keeper before he made it. It looked worse because Martinez is a decent Keeper, but he was never keeping it out.

Re: Welcome to West Ham, Said Benrahma

Our front three were very good today, similar to how good they were against Leicester and Wolves.

Very telling with the 2nd and 3rd goals having the three combine and charge forward.
