Having to choose a new payg mobile phone.
Since texts & a 1 minute call became £2 each yesterday on Virgin Mobile, I've got to think about getting a new phone.
Had my Nokia 6303i for 9 years & been very happy with it. No such phone now exists. I suppose I could get it unlocked & use a new provider.
New phones seem to be either hugely expensive or cheap & nasty smartphones or cheap & nasty, very limited choice, old style phones.

i think the bubble must surely burst soon with mobile phones , i havent changed mine in 4 years now ( iphone6s) i cant see the point unless youre
desperate to take 5000 pointless photos of yourself every week

I've had 3 mobiles. First one for 6 years, second one for 10 years & this one for 9 years. What can I say? I like vfm.
No wonder Virgin Media wanted to get rid of me..

I'm a member of a Facebook Group relating to my brand of guitar. One middle-aged bloke in Texas posted a photo of his impressive collection of 20+ electric guitars so I clicked on his profile out of curiousity to see if he was in a band, more photos, etc, only to notice that of his 100 or so Facebook friends, the vast majority seemed to be attractive, young, I would say 'barely legal' Vietnamese girls

If I were to ever win such a sum, my social media accounts would be de-activated, I'd only tell a few people (and gift some to a few people that have helped me through dark times) then bugger off, get settled in our new house, get a new fleet of cars, THEN re-activate my social media accounts and stick a massive middle finger up to all the c****.
