Re: Little things in life that make you smile
Not so much something that gives you that nice warm feeling of a smile, more one of them Ironic smirks I have when the heading of the thread a while ago "Klopp: The wrong choice" pops into my head.
Just as he's signed a new contract that keeps him on Merseyside until 2024 and with far more millions at his disposal than he would ever have been given with us, does anyone think he ever has an inward smirk and thinks "I wonder what would of happened if I signed with those two clowns"?

Quite Interesting @qikipedia
For months, scientists in France could not figure out why seagulls they were tracking were traveling far inland, away from their breeding colony.
Eventually, they traced the seagulls' path and discovered they were visiting a chip factory.

Sounds awesome. I was watching a Scottish comedian on YouTube the other day talk about a deep fried pizza they'll serve you in Scotland stuff with chips and folded over and then served..........with chips.bubbles1966 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 12, 2019 9:23 pm I've been in Manchester most of the day - freezing sheets of icy rain - but as well as the pleasure in seeing my youngest getting his masters , he introduced me to Porky Pig's Yorkshire Pudding Wrap
A roast dinner that's been kebabed/calzone'd inside a giant Yorkshire. Genius.
And they wonder why their life expectancy is lower than the rest of the UK

RuPauls Drag Race.
Mme. JM was watching it one day when I got home and it got me hooked.
Drag Queens were something I knew nothing about, but it's a really interesting show and very inspiring. Might touch on this in more detail elsewhere.
At the beginning of the year I never knew I'd have a favourite drag queen. . . .its Bianca del Rio by the way.
In the words of John Oliver "RuPauls Drag Race is the version of America you want to live in."
Anyway I recommend it.

The Athletico Mince podcast .... featuring Bob Mortimer and Andy Dawson. I discovered it a couple of weeks ago and it has had me in stitches at regular points as I plough through 95 episodes (starting with the most recent).
Neil Hunt, the nonsense potter, songs done ‘the Burnley way’ by Sean Dyche and Roy Hodgson’s ‘Woyhammer’ are inspired comic creations!
Thoroughly recommended!!

Its bloody outstanding - Beardsley is brilliant (and at times quite sobering); Gangs of the EPL is fantasticpablo jaye wrote: ↑Tue Dec 17, 2019 4:31 am The Athletico Mince podcast .... featuring Bob Mortimer and Andy Dawson.
