Just done a huge poo, so huge that the weight pushed it round the bend leaving nothing in the pan, wipe, nothing there, I am hugely impressed this morning with my work. Thought I would share, only downside is I did not get to pat it on the head to say thank you.

It's very rare but that happened to me recently - as you say the very fact that you accomplished this magnificent feat makes you want to share it with your friends , your nearest and dearest , the whole of social media , there should be trophies issued for this sort of thing , medals even , for some people it's a once in a lifetime achievement not everyone gets to do this , congratulations !

Thank you TOMOS, it has been an exhilarating morning, one to be remembered and to share. A cup is on order from Amazon, a treat for myself for a truly great accomplishment.

Rats taught to drive tiny cars to lower their stress levels
Researchers at the University of Richmond in the US taught a group of 17 rats how to drive little plastic cars, in exchange for bits of cereal.

Study lead Dr Kelly Lambert said the rats felt more relaxed during the task, a finding that could help with the development of non-pharmaceutical treatments for mental illness.

The rats were not required to take a driving test at the end of the study.

They were a bit stressed though, when they weren't allowed to use their mobiles at the same time..

Halloween week on 'Strictly'.
The hair & makeup people always go to town on the scary costumes.
'Michelle Visage' however, spent less time in makeup, this week..
