Bit of electrical tape, job's a good 'un.*
Also, next time, lay the cable in a trough of iced water to stop it overheating.*

*I'm joking. Don't do those 2 things.

Never realised that.
Wiki:
'The form of the county name is unique in England. Many counties are named after their principal town, and the expected form here would be Durhamshire. But County Durham did not become a Shire/County until after the language of government was changed from Anglo-Saxon to Norman French in 1066. Previous to that it was a semi-independent Bishopric'.

Actually, as long as the insulation is fully intact, that’d work.

I wouldnt recommend doing it though.

Why are they still making Terminator films, and does anyone still bother to watch them?

They must be making money.

Most films these days seem to be "franchise" films. How many Terminator Films is that now, 6?

Should've stopped after T2.

We don't call Essex, County Essex ? :?
I thought it was just a way of showing off and trying to be fancy, a bit like how 'Team GB' has been branded recently rather than just 'Great Britain' like it always was in my youth.

In the strange state between sleep and consciousness, standing on Welling Station awaiting the 5.54am to Victoria, I found myself wondering how many stones there are in total across the train tracks of England.

Thanks to my job, I know that five wagons of ballast are needed for the Down line in Elstree tunnel, which is a smidge under 1km long.
One wagon holds 57t, so that's 285t/km. Multiply by the number of km of the network, that will give you the number of tonnes required.
Now you just need to find out how many individual stones are in a tonne :)

Stones are a bit strange really.
Where did they all come from?
How were they made?
What are they made from?
Are they all made from the same stuff?

When you decide to have a tattoo of a clock/watch how do you choose what time it’s stuck at?

A lot of prisoners get tattoos of clocks with no hands to signify a long sentence. Most people who get them get the clock to signify a specific time like a birth or death.

I'd get one pointing to 5 o'clock, to remind me that it's always 5 o'clock somewhere in the world and that it's fine for me to start drinking at 8am. :)

Watching an old clip of Blondie the other day got me wondering how gallons of teenage jizz were expended in her name? It must be at least several olympic sized swimming pools worth.
Also, can anyone think of someone who has possibly created more?
