There have been other times I've not been particularly accommodating when I see what team people support in the past too. Remember deliberately over charging a Chelsea fan when I had the business. Lairy prick he was, so added a score on to his bill as compensation for having to listen to his Chelsea orientated ramblings, even though he'd never been to see them play.

A few years ago I had to charge £80+ VAT as an extra, on one of our jobs, to cover the cost of putting right the builders mistake, we sent the builder the invoice, and they refused to pay...

Fair enough, They are a regular client of ours, so every job we do for them now, I instantly add £80.

I think they have paid for it 30 times over, and counting, to date.

a long time ago i worked for a landlord in the west end and i was letting office space to a tenant who also happened to support Liverpool, during one telephone conversation with me he was rude to me as negotiations werent going his way, anyway i decided whilst setting up his lease that i would not give him any alienation rights to assign or sublet the space - therefore he was stuck with a lease for 10 years without the ability of getting out of the space. his lawyers didnt pick up on it either - scouse prick

Didn't know you were mates with GCRO

Would you have changed a fiver up?
Depends on if he was wearing any Spurs clothing...

Fivers are actually useful, so yes, I would have done.
