Whoever plays they've got to show more resolve and fight than we currently seem capable of showing. Bolton is a horrible fixture, always seems to be a hard place to get anything. They don't play pretty and will mix it. We need a Billy Bonds 'never say die' attitude or we're buggered.

I put 50 quid on Bolton, and I have the absolute WORST luck in the world at gambling, so we're guaranteed a result. All you c**** can thank me later.

I see the O/S are going with "the Fantastic Fans" angle today.

I don't think they will be seeing "fantastic fans" come Sunday

2-2 draw on the cards today, Davies and Taylor to score for them, Franco and DIamanti for us.

I went to the carling cup 3-1 defeat earlier this season and if we play the same way we did that night we will lose :thdn:

We can't keep a clean sheet so we'll simply have to outscore them. Da Costa has to play, seems the only player we have who can clear and head a ball.
Stanislas should be know where near tonights starting 11, we can't afford to carry anyone!!!

2-1 to the hammers, timed we rolled our sleeves up and started to fight for each other.

The cursed Notlob, where we never do well... Ever!!!

Time to baton down the hatches I feel, two banks of four needed and a Billy Bonds no holds barred attitude to steam into them!

I'd go for:

Green
Spector Da Costa Tomkins Gabbidon

Faubert Parker Illunga
Collison

Diamanti

Franco

Illunga and Faubert sitting back and covering the flanks with any creativity coming from Collison and Diamanti, it's a bit batten down the hatches but if we can match them for work rate and get stuck in then when the game is a bit more stretched in the second half stick Dyer on with his pace to run at them. Failing that concede a sloppy goal in the first 5 mins and lose 4 nil!!!!!!!!

2-0 West Ham- Kovac getting on the score sheet- That would be typical

Saying that I have put £5 on 1-0 Bolton with K.Davis scoring. Sorry

Whatever happens, we have to drop Noble (if he's not already suspended for tonight) & Stanislas.

Would be absolutely astonished if we get anything but comfortably beaten tonight. 0-2 I reckon.

......................Green......................
..Jonny.......Tomins...Upson (if fit)..Ilunga

.................Parker.........Kovac..................
...Collison..................................Dyer....

..............Franco..........Nouble (why the f*** not)

- Collison needs to start defending when the opposition has the ball
- Dyer should play if fit
- Kovac will give us a bit of height and strenght (f*** all else though)
- Nouble- Cant play with one up top. Diamanti will come too deep. Give the lad a go

This is West Ham all over. People have showed some hope for ages but have been let down. The game where no one gives a chance we come out on top. This is ours for the taking. Bolton are ****.... COYI :crest:
