Greg, for 89 minutes our defence is pretty solid lol. However our midfield are not heping than. We are really lost in the middle at the moment. As for our front line, let's just say you will not have the pleasure of seeing Cole's steaming head under the lights

It was Kurucz for 17 minutes against Man Utd.

More importantly, where to head for a pre-game beer?

Currently my only option is the British Legion with the Palace supporters........

I would be much, much more inclined to go like that than how we are currently shaping up or if we went to 4-4-2..

Nowhere. Place is a ****hole second only to Boro. In all my years we have never drunk over there, except when Wimbledon played there and we used to go in the Glaziers Lounge in the ground.

Drink elsewhere then travel to the game.

If you come into Norwood Junction, I’m pretty sure the police will shove you all in the Weatherspoons in the highstreet. The Cheery Trees opposite the station is Palace only, and I’m pretty sure the Alliance on the corner was shut when I walked past the other evening. There’s nowt by Selhurst station – the Selhurst Arms has been boarded up for months, and the White Horse is Palace only. If you come into Thornton Heath, again, the Police will shove you in the Weatherspoons opposite.

If you’re after a decent boozer away from all the aggro, get the East London Line to Crystal Palace, walk up the hill, and there are two good pubs on each corner (NOT the Cambridge though.) One of them was voted South London Pub of the Year 2011! The ground is a good 15min walk from there though, but you can get a bus most of the way.

So there.

The Stinking Pig is usually quite lively with away support

It's a little walk from the station but the old bill should be able to point you in the right direction

That bit's debatable.

Mind you it's been a fair few years since I've been over there. Maybe they've done the place up. :D

Well at Selhurst there is the Railway club for starters...dirt cheap.

Come out at Norwood Jct and walk past the Spoons and you have The Ship and The Jolly Sailor on the right. You also have the Conservative Club you can blag into.

On the walk to the ground there is the Victory club...again another social club but we always get in.

I'd like to see this

---------- Green--------
Joey---Tomko--Reid---George
-------------Faye------------
---Collison---Noble---Taylor
----------Nolan----------
-----------Cole-----------

Always the option to drop Nolan and chuck little sam up with col

I'd like to see Faye in front the back 4, he can tackle and may provide some fight in midfield
