Good performance, fantastic effort, but SHOCKING subs! Pogatetz gave Lennon a new reason to live and Demel had a ery good game up til that point. Taylor is unbeliveable poor, how on earth did we not stick Collison or Vaz Te in there and get Cole central.

Bah!!

Some great performances tonight - but some ****ing shocking ones as well. Bale was the difference.

We've done the best we can possibly do but our players simply aren't in the same league as theirs and they are very well disciplined. How you play against Bale is beyond me.
Something I find very worrying is the lack of depth in our squad cause players like Taylor and O'neil are so far below average.
That's a tough pill to swallow that one. My brother is the gobbiest spud dick in the world as well.

Our football is all about effort and pressure and little else. We have been outplayed all game and when we ran out of energy we have fallen apart.

Sam's substitutions were bad, and watching us play like Bolton, we'll it ain't in the memory of Bobby Moore.

My thoughts on Sam are on the love him thread. Not good enough at this level.

Pogatez should never be in any football shirt let alone in one of ours, that sub spoiled our shape as they had to switch J'ob over.
Demel was having a great game.
And a much as i like Jack he did nothing when coming on Diame was still driving on.
Monkey boys strike was class but we let them back in with suspect changes once again .

I didn't understand the sub. Lennon hadn't done anything the entire game. I thought Taylor was OK, nothing special. In fairness Nolan going off and Cole going down the middle made a big difference for us, but we needed the balance. I do believe Spurs were always going to get a second goal, they were pressing and pressing. The third goal.... well.

Table looks quite concerning now.

I'm gutted. Jussi had probably his best game in a West Ham shirt and he goes and gets beaten by that in the last minute. So, so harsh.

They did their best, but their best just wasn't good enough. Bobby would have been proud of the effort.

Gutted......but jussi kept us in it.

Gave him far too much room and he done us.....need to pick ourselves up and graft those ten points out...we are down to fourteenth now.

Jussi, cole etc played well....Pog was ****ing dreadful when he came on. Why we signed him and chamakh in the Window is baffling.

Carroll worked his nuts off today. Probably Jussi's best game. Subs were a bit dodgy.

We weren't bad, but Tottenham are a bloody good team, and Bale is mustard (as much as I hate saying it).
