Re: Liverpool vs West Ham: Match Thread
I'd go 4-5-1...
Jussi
Demel Tomkins Collins McCartney
Noble Nolan Diame
Jarvis Downing
Cole
3 Holding midfielders and try to neutralize them going forward, them two proper wingers in Jarvis and Downing to just attack the wings and chuck the ball into the box and hope Cole can get on the end of one at some point...
Not optimistic, however we do need to try and keep this as respectable as possible with our GD already looking very good against the teams around us we can't let this go otherwise we are in even deeper trouble than we are in

Even with Ravel out Nolan wouldn't get anywhere near my starting 11 and Jussi is 100% the worst keeper in the Premier League.
Re: Liverpool vs West Ham: Match Thread
we managed a draw here last year and right now id take a nice 0-0
however cant see anything but a loss.. that said they did loose to hull and dont have strurridge

Liverpool 7 West Ham 0
If it doesn't happen here it will be at Man U or v Arsenal at Home.
It's coming. You can sense it in the performances.

Really doesn't matter what I think. A side full of divers plus a select group referee in charge - the result will be whatever Mike Riley and his bunch of fraudulent criminals want it to be.

On the back of that performance and how poor we've been in front of goal this year AND given our record at Anfield the odds have to be in their favour.
Therefore
Liverpool 0 West Ham 3 (Nolan x3)
Therefore
Liverpool 0 West Ham 3 (Nolan x3)

I think the way this season has gone it will be a definite but vaguely plucky defeat. So they go 2-0 up and then we pull one back, only to give away another two while chasing the game.

Depends on the first fifteen minutes. If we can keep a clean sheet for fifteen to twenty minutes, we will end up losing by the odd one or two.
They score early....... Could take a real hiding.
