Why do people keep thinking Diarra is good at football? Every game he's played he's been awful. He's got no pace, for a big bloke he's not strong on the ball, and he's got the turning circle of a small oil tanker.

Noble, Diame, Taylor would offer far more as a midfield three.

I wouldn't start Diarra - for me he's been awful last two games.

Diarra? He's barely been given a decent run in the side. Most of his appearances have been with our second stringers. We'll probably need his height tonight as well.

Final post from me before I sort myself out and head up to Manchester. As ever, all I want to see is a good match and fair result given what happened on the pitch. I really like that 3 behind Carlton. I'd actually play Diarra as a strictly DM and have Noble in place of Diame pushing on. Keep it on the deck for Overchuffed and it'd be good to watch.

I cannot make it due to work commitments,but hope our travelling support have a great night as in 2006, although this is a differant city side from then, we put in a performance at spurs so who knows.
