Seconded - the speed that ball moved from end to end was incredible.Antwerp_Lad wrote:Brilliant counter, unlucky for Moses.

Smith reckons we've been marginally better. Utter penis.

I don't believe we have ever had a player who has payets precision , skill and finesse I really don't. So great to see. Would get into most premier league teams

That's what worries me. I hope he's on a nice long contract...mumbles87 wrote:I don't believe we have ever had a player who has payets precision , skill and finesse I really don't. So great to see. Would get into most premier league teams

Danny Mills is of the opinion that we have been far better, largely because Newcastle have been so horrible.Philosophical Dan wrote:Smith reckons we've been marginally better. Utter penis.
Re: West Ham Utd v Newcastle Utd: Match Thread
Well technically we have, only 1-0, less possession. Some really good things but we need to be professional and put this game to bed. Don't give them any chances.Philosophical Dan wrote:Smith reckons we've been marginally better. Utter penis.
Noble has been playing a bit like we're 4-0 up... however imagine the scenes if he scored that volley...

I'd say we've contained them pretty comfortably, and looked far more likely to score in attack.
Re: West Ham Utd v Newcastle Utd: Match Thread
Good half, Newcastle had a lot of the ball but not done much with it, Janmat had that golden chance that he missed, Payet's superb goal. Just need to keep going as we are, add the second and take our chances. Hopefully Noble wakes up, Koyate been a monster in the middle winning so much and chasing/blocking.
