Was a sitter indeed, but Ayew (along with Lanzini) is our only hope of a goal or two today, Calleri has been very poor.

We are behind because Collins decided that he didn't want to mark Sturridge, other than that we have done ok and ref has been poor not awarding free kick for us that Lanzini would have had a chance to score from. We lack quality up front, we never address it so what do we expect.

That's Collins for you, unfortunately - can play well for 99% of a game but there's nearly always going to be a ricket even in his best games. Fonte was lazy but he didn't create the space.

Please people watch the goal again. Our midfielders didn't even get bypassed so there was absolutely no reason for Collins not to mark him, it was awful from him considering how well he has been playing

No good reason not to give Fletcher a half. He'll be around next season and Calleri won't.

Very poor first half by Collins. His abrupt - and that's the keyword here - cut infield left the back 3 staggered, even though Fonte was deeper than the rest. Should have sat on Sturridge in that instance.

Collins has also let too many crosses from the right. Not enough pressure on the crosser. Can't tell you how many times I saw Reid having to dive or arch low to clear those crosses.

Maybe a back four is needed for additional protection for Collins here.
