Must win game. If we draw let alone lose then I won't even be remotely confident we'll stay up. And I am not very as it is.

I'd go with the following:

--------------------------Adrian-------------------------------

-------------Kouyate--Collins--Ogbonna----------------

-Zabaleta--------Noble-----Rice-------------Masuaku-

---------------------------Lanzini-----------------------------

----------------------Hugill-----Arnautovic-----------------

Subs: Hart, Cresswell, Evra, Cullen, Mario, Chicharito, Antonio.

So after conceding 11 goals in the last three games, can someone please remind me why we play 3 at the back?

--------------Adrian

Zab---Collins---Ogbonna---Cresswell

----------Rice---Lanzini

Antonio------Arnie-------Masuaku

--------------Hugill

Yeah I was wondering that. I Think it only works when Masuaku plays. Other than that we might as well go 442

If we are lucky we will get a point, every side in the premier league knows how to beat us.They know we are only good for 50 to 60 mins then our ageing side runs out of steam the crowd turns on the team etc.Saints have the younger players in their side to achieve this and will be confident of getting a result in my opinion the loser of this game will join the the two going down.I just hope we score a two or three in the first half to give us a chance. :crest:

That Palace win is a huge result. Lose this game now and we drop into the bottom three and I don’t see us climbing back out :(

First time I've seen that word written!

Anyway, think both teams will eke a frustrating and inconclusive point each. Where's the 'positivity' thread?

Whatever team Moyes puts out, if they play with pride, guts and for the fans, we win...if not and they bottle it, the whole scenario could get very toxic. As much as I think the momentum is against us, that we face a difficult survival battle....we can beat these...and beat them well 3-1 :crest:

Fear not. Hughes is not familiar with Charlie's little ways. Though maybe back from injury our Charlie needs a good 6 weeks training to get anywhere near match fit. If you see him on the pitch rejoice, it means you're leading by 2 goals, there's only 5 mins left and Long broke a leg while Irish dancing.

Dorset - most of our defenders are so old that they need a mobility scooter by the time they reach the pitch. An unfit Charlie Austin will just be able to walk through them.

Also, you're probably unfamiliar with the workings of WHU.

Not scored in 20 games? Confidence at all time low? Just need that one bit of luck to get going? Then you need to play West Ham, the premier league's biggest charity case!

By the time this game comes around, it will have been three weeks since we last played. Well rested yes but we can't afford a slow start due to lack of match sharpness as the game could be lost before we even get into it. Although you could argue that match sharpness has been lacking anyway over the past three games in particular. A draw I think.

I notice many of the team formations from posters, but tell me, why play just the one up front, when we have to win the ****ing game ?

I would like to see a West Ham goalscorer lift his shirt in celebration to reveal a T Shirt of Bubbles the Corner Flag Man.
