Not a must win, but not far off that.

Fabianski
Zab
Masuaku
Diop
Balbuena
Rice
Obiang
Snodgrass
Anderson (just)
Arnoutovic
Hernandez

Think we will win fairly comfortably. 2-0 or 3-0

There's no way Diangana should lose his place, was one of the few positives tonight.
Anderson just doesn't look interested.

Fabianski
Zabaleta, Balbuena, Diop, Cresswell
Rice, Obiang, Snodgrass
Diangana, Arnautovic, Masuaku

Must win game.

Mostly agree with the team except Diangana for Hernandez.

We really need to win this one. We've played reasonably well this season but our record is very poor overall. We've had a tough start so it can be excused, but there are no excuses over the next 10 matches (barring the Citeh game of course), starting with this one.

no way Anderson or Masuaku deserve to start.......

Anderson has been yanked in three successive games now and Masuaku has given up two p*ss easy goals in those same 3 games....

Cresswell has (incredibly) looked even worse than Masuaku when playing. Lesser of two evils, and Masuaku offers more going forward.

Anderson has to start because he has ability. He has largely disappointed so far but you'd be a fool to think he is suddenly a terrible player after a few years of being a very good one. Plus, we don't have many other options. Antonio? No thanks.

We will huff and puff and pass it sideways all day and then somehow get the ball in the net and hang on for a well-needed 3 points.

A no frills 1-0 to West Ham at the 'next level'

After the Cup game and the amount of dropped points in the last couple of games, anything less than a win is unacceptable in my eyes.

We need wins. And pronto.

A question for all the stat boffins on here. Have we ever won a game when we have adorned a poppy for our last home game before remembrance Sunday? I honestly can't think of a single time we have won in the last decade we have worn one. We either get a dull draw, or get tonked from my recent memory.

My team:

------------------------------Fabianski-----------------------------

-Zabaleta--------Balbuena------Diop---------Masuaku-

----------------------------------Rice---------------------------------

---------------------Obiang-----------Snodgrass-----------------

-Diangana--------------------Arnie-----------------------Perez-

Subs: Adrian, Fredericks, Cresswell, Ogbonna, Antonio, Anderson, Hernandez.

Hopefully we should have lots of possession in this game so Masuaku will be useful for his attacking to spread the play.

Anderson is the one I am most doubtful about but, at the end of the day, he isn't going to get better for us without playing and his type of game is where we might need his little flashes of quality

We really need a win. We have only won at home one in the league so far this season. We need to turn this around. We have some relatively easy games coming up (Man City aside) we should be picking up points.

I do.

Couldn't make last night so looking forward to a decent game of football Saturday.

Results not been going our way but I am fully on board with the manager and how we are trying to play and I expect more of the same on Saturday.

--------------- Fabianski ---------------
Zabaleta Diop Balbuena Masuaku
------------- Rice Obiang --------------
--- Diangana ---------- Anderson ---
------- Arnautovic Hernandez -------

Burnley will probably come and sit in so we need to put as much pressure on their defence as possible.

I think we'll probably still have a decent amount of possession against this lot with a midfield two.

anderson needds to be dropped after the lack of effort recently. we cant carry people and the same goes for hernandez.

diagana deserves to start ahead of anderson and antonio.lovely to see and he has zab behind him to help out.

This is a must win game again as we are deep in it albeit with easier games on paper coming up. the injury crisis and nobles suspension will hamper us over next two months I fear.
