We improved last week when he came on, but don't let facts get in the way of you being a berk.

We played better last week with him in the midfield 3. He works hard and is a solid pro that will graft. He also takes a mean set piece.

Unless you'd rather Obiang?

3 solid in the middle, Lanzini and Anderson creating for Hernandez. Slightly worried about pace against Zabaleta but he usually handles it quite well.

Quietly confident.
IF Lanzini, Anderson and Hernandez are all interested then we can give anyone a game. But it's a big if.

Crippled with injuries again. Not sure how else we could have lined up today.

Indeed, the game completely changed when he joined the play against Chelzard on Monday. Absolutely no reason he shouldn’t start this game.

I guess we are hoping that they are well below their potential and distracted by the Champions League.

Their team is very very attacking. We need to get at Jones and Rojo.

This team isn't far from full strength.

Diop, Fredericks and Cresswell instead of Ogbonna, Zabaleta and Masuaku is mostly like for like

Sanchez and Wilshere instead of Noble and Snodgrass, again no big change.

Yarmolenko and Nasri instead of Lanzini and Anderson.

Arnautovic instead of Chicharito. That's a lot of injuries but not much improvement.

I hope Snodgrass is in the midfield 3 and not on the wing.

Shocking team from Pelligrini! All the same problems remain.

1. Hernandez is none existent up top on his own away from home.
2. Martial will have a field day up against the aging Zab.
3. Masuaku has proved he can’t play LB.
4. We can’t defend playing 4 at the back.
5. Lanzini and Anderson have been woeful for almost 2 months now.
6. Why is Antonio not playing again, despite being in good form before suddenly being dropped since Lanzini returned. He is also a great outlet to help us get up the pitch in these types of games.
7. Rice and Noble to get overrun in midfield (unless Snod is in a three).

In January I was really happy with Pelligrini, now I’m not so sure. We’ve been diabolical this year and I can’t see it being any different today with that team.......hopefully I’m proved wrong but I doubt it.

Jackhammer I think you’re a bit off with some of those. Anderson certainly wouldn’t be dropped.

I don't know what's more depressing. Seeing teacher's pet Zabaleta back in the team, or the fact this could be the game that activates a new 1 year contract :thdn:

If I was Fredericks I would hand in a transfer request.

Arnie has become the new Hernandez since Janaury. He does seem to like picking up a bug......

Hernandez on his own up top. So we will be scoring 0 today.

I'd rather start with Antonio up top, at least he can win a ball in the air, hold it up and maybe go for something in behind.

Lanzini or Snodgrass on the wing? Both are crap at it.

Interesting that Diop is starting on the bench behind the general and Ogbonna...

Zabaletta is going to be destroyed for pace at right back. Masuaku...

It could be a cricket score.
