Well done, West Ham United.
From a survivor of that defeat in the 70's.

Tricky game nicely dealt with. I thought Sanchez looked good too. All in all, job jobbed...…..next!
Missed the Antonio injury but catching up with the latter stages of this thread it doesn't sound good.

Not seen the match yet , am in Elgin with our boy [ Induction Day at Moray College ] , phoned Jen to record it , nearly phoned her to stop recording it at half time , glad I didn't .
Pleased for Sanchez , hope he repeats tonight's form in the Premier League .

They did put in a couple of dodgy tackles in the first 10 minutes that could have both been bookings.

Too comfortable.
Can’t help but feel a note of regret that Obiang and Noble had to end their streak. It’s like the two guys you know who’ve tried to get to every ground in the country - they seemed to be on a mission to get dominated in midfield by all 92 clubs in the football league pyramid. Was almost a tradition at this point.

Tidy performance in the end but a typically lethargic start will cost us against better opposition.
Glad for Wilshire finding his feet and really growing into the game. Know there's a good player in there somewhere.

I'm sure he will, gifting the ball to the opposition in dangerous areas and failing to tackle effectively.
Someone get some extra bubble wrap for Rice.

Have to agree with Graza. They're a league 2 outfit and even so, each time Sanchez got the ball in first half I was in nervous shakes. Second half their legs had gone and we completely bossed it, therefore impossible to judge just how he played, due to his now redundant role as a holding mid. Premier League strikers/attacking midfielders will have him in tatters.

Steady, professional performance I thought. We never in too much trouble.
One thing I noticed is that almost every chance of theirs came because of a Diop mistake. I thought he had a shocker tonight. He still looks completely panicked by a ball looped over him, takes risks when he doesn't have to and loves to give away a stupid free kick.
I'd like to see Balbuena and Ogbonna against Norwich because he's been erratic all season.

Great from Wilshere and Sanchez tonight. It was very comfortable for them though.

Nice win.
Roughly a 50% chance of lower league opposition in the next round too.

Apologies if it’s been answered elsewhere but when is the draw for the next round?
