That's great news, he's a superb player imo.

Lots of positivity, but Palace are a team that we often struggle against.

That said, if we want to be serious about challenging the top 4/6 or whatever, then we need to be winning our home games against mid-table teams like Palace.

In seven games! Has anyone ever got a ban for that so early in the season?

Palace have a very good away record, normally because that's where teams play to their strengths by attacking and leaving space at the back which their wide players can exploit. I think we'll do that, too, so wouldn't be surprised to see them have some good chances to score and take one of them. Who knows whether we can break down their defensive structure or not and create some ourselves.

I'll plump for a scoring draw, 1-1.

If true that's good news. As after Zaha I would say he is one of their most important players.

I think Pellegrini is or more was completely undecided about the left back position. Thankfully he seems to have made his mind up.

The gaffer definitely prefers Masuaku, esepcially at home, but he was suspended and Creswell came in and we got a clean sheet, plus he scored that freekick
Cresswell will keep his place for this one, but i expect Pelligrini will look get Masuaku back in when he can

Was one of my fav games last season. 1-0 down at half time and then we scored 3 second half goals in a little over 15 minutes, Anderson’s curling effort being the pick of the bunch. Ended a 3-2 win for us that day, I’m hoping for 3-0/3-1 this time round! Two changes from last week, Roberto in for the injured Fabianski and Lanzini for Fornals.

Like all premier league games if you turn up with the wrong attitude you are in trouble. we need to start fast and be fully focussed.
fab out is a blow but hopefully it ups the defence`s game to protect him and we keep a clean sheet. at the other end we need to score first for sure and take the other chances. I think we will and going for 2-0 hammers win.

sort of match where we have to win if we want to be top 6 or higher . if we don't suffer anymore injuries to key players we will make the top 6 for sure. top 4 ? who knows but man utd arsenal and Chelsea are not as good as they were and the spuds are wobbling to such an extent that the chicken looks like he may fall off the beachball he is standing on !

looking at the number of goals in Palace matches, our fairly low number of goals per game as well i see this being a 0-0!

we have the opportunity to take the place of the usual top teams that are struggling this season, so I hope I'm wrong and we start believing that we deserve to be up there competing and don't accept anything less than a win. if we take that mindset then we could finish top 6 this season

I can see this being a very open end to end game where I think we will win 2-1 with Lanzini and Haller scoring.
