Don’t disagree with starting Snodgrass Bubbs. Needs to be central though and not wide as Pellegrini has played him lately. I’d personally have Lanzini, Anderson and Yarmo competing for two wide spots - and take Fornals out of the firing line for a few games.

I’d still love to see us play 3-5-2 or 3-5-1-1 with these players. Hopelessly failed to address our midfield issue in the summer.

The only players that deserve to keep their place is: Roberto (has to anyway tbf), Fredericks, Ogbonna and Diop, who was my MOTM against Everton.

Some will unfortunately have to keep their place as we are seriously lacking in quality. But I would make some changes and especially drop some players off the bench to make a big statesman and remind certain players these performances won't be tolerated.

I would go back to what worked last season when we went on a good run. Pack the midfield out a little bit. Sheffield Utd are going to be a tough team to break down so I can see Pellers hoping we can do what we did at home to Burnkey last season. I.e. We know we won't be able to beat them in the air, so just just and bombard them, out play them, and try to outscore them.
