Reading 6 West Ham United 0 (01/01/07)

Post by Het-Field »

A new year's Day trip to the Hammers favourite ground, to play a side in the mould of Bolton and Wigan, who West Ham struggle to beat, even at the best of times. Our visit there in 2005 shows how much we really need to visit the Majeski Stadium right now

Reading 4 - 0 West Ham

For those of you unfortunate enough to be going, let me tell you what you'll see. An uninspired, lacklustre, tepid performance from a team without leadership, probably not even managing a single shot on goal in the entire game with our defence pulled this way and way by a rampant team who know how to play. Enjoy !

I'm going and I'll also be seeing an improved number of hardcore Reading chavs, just like the fizzy pop days, stewards who are desperate to have you kicked out and Carlos Tevez sitting on the subs bench.

If we play Tevez we'll lose 2-1, if we don't we'll lose 3-0.

----------------Green

Spector---anton--gabbidon--mccartney

----nrc------mascherano----bowyer

<----------yossi----------------->

--------------cole----tevez

mullins, harewood and matty all deserve to be dropped for their performances in recent games.

let yossi float about trying to unlock the defence

noble on for bowyer if he isnt playing well, teddy for cole in 2nd half.

Tevez wont start (because he hasnt scored  )
Mullins will continue to master the midfield with his elegant passing.
Harewood will start, and he will continue to play off the back foot.
Etherington will play wide left and continue to bottle any opportunity he has.

We will lose 2-0.

We are in deep **** here. Make no mistake.

I expect Curbs to play a 5-5 formation on monday with no forwards as he must see its pointless picking any.

Reading 2 Irons 0.

Don't forget, no pubs near the ground, only food is a KFC with huge queues, and the long wait for a bus into town afterwards.
Only good thing is its a 3.00 kick off.

I´m going for a win in this game, the reason being us being the underdogs( as wierd as that sounds)

The thing is this season we´ve been expected to attack games and this is one of the reasons I think we´ve been undone in so many games except against the big ones :? , our team isn´t capable of attacking games end of!!!

For this game we´ll be coming out not expecting a win and defending a draw which I think will suit this team very well.

0-1 :D And Happy hammers again

There will be no Tevez, no Masch, no creativity, no good set pieces, no good passing on the ground, plenty of big hoofs up the pitch for old man teddy and Marlene to do sod all with. Mullins will work hard but not really effect our play, Green will do well but in the end concede lots of goals thanks to a team who doesnt know how to play football.

Reading 4 West Ham 1

hahahahaha.. only kidding
