Been meaning to ask this,Steve May have some but when I started going (1960) they used to sell badges just a simple plastic star shape the colour was like a mix of claret and blue in the centre was a photo of one of the players. I used to love them what happened to mine who knows same as my rattle. Do anyone else remember the star badge just like a sheriffs badge with the photo in the middle ?

On sons following fathers supporting WHU my youngest followed his dad. He did say to me once why couldn’t you have supported a more successful team  but that was some time ago now and he still follows WHU

Steve, thanks SO much for these memories.

Your collection is second to none. I only go back to the late 70s, much later than some on here. Thankful to have some very special memories of Upton park and football in those days.
