This season there were 7 London based teams (including Watford if we use the inside M25 rule) in the Premier League.

It is possible depending on results today we will finish 6th of these with only Fulham below us, getting relegated.

All other 6 teams excluding us by the end of the season will have played in major cup final within Gold and Sullivan’s custodianship, with 4 involved this season.

Will they, or perhaps more importantly, can they, provide the manager with the required tools to bring us an opportunity of success - alongside continued Premier League football which appears to be their only requirement. Last summer was a good start towards that, but this summer is the real test. They failed with Bilic’s 2nd season which by all accounts became one of the key reasons we lost our world class player in Payet.

If the answer to the above is no, then they should relinquish their control and find owner’s that can.

Why, it's almost as if they're putting their own interests before the fans'. Who'd have thought it, from someone as reputable as a pornographer?

New annual rich list out today

Anyone subscribe to the Times to see if it says how much Dave’s shareholding is valued at (as a minimum indicator of what nonsensical price they’d actually consider selling us for)?

 Leicester for one, Wolves another and many others who outspend us, but anyhow, I have just spotted Gold's latest tweet, in which he brags about the sterling work currently being undertaken at the Chadwell Heath training ground. I wasn't aware any work was being carried out there, but hey ho according the him there is and he go's on to say how important it is to have a great training ground to further develop the youth programme as his son is there.

Gold is the master of misleading information. Not lies exactly. But regards the work at Chadwell Heath.

Theve painted the ceiling. Pardon?

The nutsack on twitter who feeds loads of rumours that never turn out to have any truth mentioned Gold last night in relation to a Middle Eastern led buyout. I don’t know if it’s lockdown mania kicking in but it actually raised my spirits for a bit before reality kicked in again
