Apparently there was a baseball team in East London called West Ham Hammers, in the 30's.

A Spurs pal who I’ve done stadium tours with of our place, Reading and Wembley asked me if I wanted to do a tour of their new ground.

THIRTY Quid !! Concessions are still £27.
You can guess my response.

I'm looking forward to it. The stadium comes into its own for anything other than football.

It's a **** baseball stadium as well as a **** football stadium, just ask a Red Sox or a Yankees fan how the sight lines compare to Yankee Stadium and Fenway Park.

Good for 1 sport and 1 sport only, shame nobody gives a stuff about Athletics apart from the odd meeting.

Decent book. Written by the much missed C5 Baseball Show guest pundit/ co- presenter Josh Chetwynd, Red Sox and Hammers fan.

That is some serious space along those foul ball lines. There won't be many souvenir foul balls for those that paid through the nose to sit 'close to the action'.

We was over in LA for our holidays this year and took in a LA Angels baseball game, their food and drink prices was really expensive, even taking in the poor dollar rate,it was $15 for a beer.
We also went to a Galaxy game and it was expensive there as well.

Would bet that most of that stuff is available outside the ground, same as at our games.

With the exception of drinks. No way they'll get the flat bottled nonsense we do.
