Perhaps an unpopular opinion but I think Husillos and Pelli should be on the hook for the 20mil or so. If the offers of 45mil (thereabouts) in January were true, and Husillos and Pelli refused to sell because they saw him instrumental in meeting the goal of European football, it has turned in to a very costly gamble. He missed all of December with a hamstring injury (which I now question knowing his record of feigning injury right before he puts in for a move - al-la Stoke to WHU). Instead of screwing his head on properly and playing hard the 2nd half of the season AFTER he gets a raise, hardly shows up but manages 5 goals and 2 assists, and skates away 2 months later for half the January fee...effectively costing 4mil per goal, not including wages. If I did that sort of business at my job, there would be a serious sit down with the powers that be..
