Re: Manuel Pellegrini West Ham United’s 17th manager
I’ll defend Pellegrini- he is a high class manager that given funds and time has a proven track record. We as a club give a manager one seasons funds spread out over a couple of seasons and have ownership that have a proven record of interference and meddling that undermines and ruins any chance of development. Yes, this season has been disappointing but personally I don’t think anyone but the biggest, hardest crooks could cope or function under our current owners. I think Pellegrini has done all that was possible with what he was given. Good bye and good luck Pellegrini.

I don't particularly want Moyes or Hughton, but at the same time, I don't really see Dyche, Howe, or Emery as any real improvement on them.

In someone's world in the last 18 months, they thought it was a bright idea to:
Give Noble a contract extension
Give Zabaleta a contract extension
Give Sanchez a contract
Give Roberto a contract
Give Wilshere three years
No sane, progressive PL football club would even contemplate that set of decisions.

No if's or but's, he has to go now. No dicking about, just get it done.
We all know the real issue is the twats in charge but they ain't going anywhere soon so we're stuck with them for now. However, one thing I'm sure of is that if we leave Pellegrini to get on with it, he will take us back to the championship. We could sack him and let someone younger and hungrier have a go and he may well fail but I'd rather see us try and fail as opposed to doing nothing and sleepwalking towards the Championship.

Well you often get the best returns from distressed assets. Everyone laughed at Leicester when they got Ranieri in, Rodgers reputation was in the muck before he took the Celtic job. Who would have thought Howe would do so well after his Burnley debacle?

Remember when Slav was struggling with his selections and subs etc.? We all thought be was 'sending a message' to the board.
Pellers is sending one too; I'm ready, sack me

Re: Manuel Pellegrini West Ham United’s 17th manager
Say what you will about the board, and many here do, but I thought it was a real coup when we got MP in, a decent manager who could build the type of team we have been looking for. But...something has clearly gone very wrong here, he isnt getting the best out of the players he has and even the players he has brought in himself he seems to be struggling to play in a formation that would suit them. I didnt think I would be this far into a season looking at Snodgrass and Antonio as our most likely route to goal at the minute, but he we are as they seem to be 2 of the only players at the minute willing to actually put some energy into the team.
MP has to go, we are just in a nose dive here, but frankly I have no idea who is going to turn it around.

I don't think there are many clubs in the premier league who would go for Moyes right now. But that just shows that we aren't a club looking forward at the moment.
I can't imagines a queue forming for Pelligrinis services either

He has to go and it has to be now. His tactical decisions absolutely baffle me.
Get Moyes in until the end of the season. He knows a fair portion of the squad, and will be an improvement on the current situation.
I can’t fathom what has gone so wrong under Pelle, but it’s gone badly wrong.

Yes, soon. It's not like we are bottom of the league, 11 points behind safety with 9 matches to go. Not yet.

Good if true. Hopefully Waldorf and Stadtler will put us up for sale as well.

Lots of rumours saying Pellers has been fired , hope they ate true but worry about the future appointment.
