Dan, thanks for the info on the sites illegally selling tickets. Now I am really angry. Selling on to friends at face value is one thing (although still technically illegal?), but £200 pounds for a £30 ticket! The club can actually do something about this I am sure, without waiting for their puppet 'supporter' group coming up with some wheeze to end AST's.

The following has just been posted on Hammers United Facebook Page.It is an article from KUMB .-Good for Hammers Chat,WesthamFanTV ,KUMB and LLTB for highlighting this.We will not try and reinvent the wheel, their comments below perfectly sum up the situation:-

https://www.kumb.com/story.php?id=133997

All we would add is that everyone goes to weddings, has holidays, suffers family bereavements. There has to be a facility in place whereby tickets can be returned for resale.-and what if someone falls ill the night before a match.-it seems if they pass their ticket to a friend they will be banned! madness.-And West Ham,will club employees who pass tickets on face disciplinery action?

The OSB.were either consulted on this or bypassed.-either way they are not serving the supporters they claim to represent.Where are you David Baker?what is the OSB.'s position on this?

Hammers United will write to West Ham today on behalf of our members expressing grave concerns over the club's actions.

So, the clubs war with it's own supporters continues, but to what end ?

Does Karren really believe there is a date at some point in the future she will be able to declare "victory" ?

Is there another club anywhere at which the clubs high command utterly hate their own hardcore support ?

Not just the club mate, even it’s fellow supporters seem to have it in for them as well.

shame they don't do something about away fans being in the home stands at the bowl. every match I see Chelsea man utd tops even when we arnt playing those teams. If I can see them then surely the stewards can as well ?

with the amount of fixture changes just announced the clubs need to make it easier for fans not harder.

This is the part that is the most distressing.

I mean she has taken the piss so far with no fightback, so I imagine she does.

she is deluded and thinks she did a good job with our move to the bowl. mind you sully paid her a big bonus so he is even worse !

I see that Liverpool are putting on free coaches for their match at Leicester , can you imagine our lot even thinking of doing that ?

its just money money money for the board. football is dying quickly.

I am attending less and less games each season due to costs . £40-£70 for a ticket, £5 for a bottle of Heineken, overpriced food.

will be joining the armchairs in a couple of seasons fully.

Scatter gun approach by the football club to this issue and focusing on the wrong people. Banning individuals who are not proven with any evidence of being those who buy tickets just to accumulate points is not the way to go. A blind eye is turned to tour companies and websites who advertise ticket and coach travel before sale and after the high points total go on sale that they have tickets is a good starting point.

So these banned fans were selling on Twitter at face value ?

As for the sites selling Burnley tickets, normally they ain't got any and chance there luck someone will pay and then source the tickets

To be fair the club warned supporters a while back. They said they were monitoring social media, which is standard practice it would seem for most clubs. A bit of searching shows we are behind other clubs on this.

Not sure but there was talk of some bond holders getting caught a few weeks back.

Some people kicking off about this are the same people who were offering Wimbledon at £200 last year.

A whole bunch of fans got done buying Bournemouth on twitter at over face and was a complete con so there is a lot of stuff going on.

I am sure there are some genuine people caught out but something had to be done, it seems most clubs do it.

I don't think there is one

It was Nik Tucker before he quit the OSB

You know that for fact? Lots of accusers around.

I gave you a fairly full reply a number of pages back as to why ASTs weren’t the problem but you keep banging on.

Congratulations to those who have been pushing for ‘fairness’ to get themselves to the occasional away game. They have managed to piss off what’s left of our core.

According to the write ups about the meeting there was someone. Only right he/she makes themselves known or perhaps our representatives are now anonymous.

**** me, we could ask Carrie Lam to be chair.

Some people kicking off about this are the same people who were offering Wimbledon at £200 last year. Really, how do you know this?

A whole bunch of fans got done buying Bournemouth on twitter at over face and was a complete con so there is a lot of stuff going on. Fake sales have been going on for a while, you don't have to be a West Ham United fan to do this.

I am sure there are some genuine people caught out but something had to be done, it seems most clubs do it. The latest caught from what I gather were selling at face! Rather than ban people why not talk to them and set up a sell back scheme?
This is where in my opinion the OSB who are supposed to represent us fail badly. They had a ticketing meeting recently - Why not talk to the fans...no I don't mean a poll started by a biased website - Ask the fans across the board, KUMB, Hammers chat, LLTB, Whuisa, Hammers United, Hornchurch coaches etc.

FFS David Baker and the OSB - WAKE UP or resign because you really are NOT representing us!

I guess you have the wrong person and as an AST for 10 years I agree that the vast majority are not the issue.

Which bit are you asking is ‘fact’ I googled a bit and it showed other clubs do this.

The person who was seeing Wimbledon £200 was buying from a bond holder, I messaged someone on here with the details so I am happy to pass on to you I am sure it’s still in my mail box.
