I agree with 'shares' point, this is fundamentally unfair to high points non-AST holders. That is, even though I personally stand to gain from this as I have 20 pts, so for the time ever at the front of the queue! I am supposing, based on previous form that the owners do not want to commit to taking both the upper and lower tiers (1500 odd each) to save themselves the money for non-take up of allocation. But there is not much evidence, based on the list above, that we have not fully sold out virtually all the away games this season (whether everyone with a ticket turned up to these games is another question entirely). Hopefully the 1500 allocation all gets sold out on the friday 3pm slot, and by monday they have re-thought getting the other tier.

I can't help but think the Man city points required is linked to the FA cup home game. Get tickets for both and its 3 priority points, to those with maximum its nothing ,to those on 20ish it now puts you in a different time slot, do this a couple of times and people start catching up

As the table on the previous page showed Bournemouth towards the beginning of the season with 200 less tickets sold out on 27+ points

What idiot in the TO thought they should start ticket sales for 1511 at 20+ points

3 points? Did you mean 2 Marsh?

Silly to start at 20 points, but they're being cautious after poor sales figures last season away at City.

You can now earn 2 points per home cup tie if you opted in to the automatic cup scheme, so with Man City starting so low, some people can boost their points by 3 in a week.... stupid idea.

They lost money on Wolves and being the way they are, are playing it save with Man City and going for the lower allocation. Depends on how Man City sell on the batches of tickets for them to go for an extra amount

Although 50% of it will be already accounted for anyway, so 750 approx

I never get why they don't let everyone apply by say 2/3 weeks before the game and then just run a nice little bit of code against the number applied v number tickets, compared to fans points.

All this calling up or online every 2 hrs is as old school as queuing in the West Stand for 2hrs for Cambridge away back in 1978 or 79

Its like some sort of punishment for not selling out last season.
'This will teach those high point earners a lesson' .

Are we looking at about 300 tickets (after bonds and asts) divided among anyone with 20 plus points?

More utter madness.

Bought tickets for Man City this morning with 28 & 13 points. Block 313.
Looks as if either sales were much slower than we expected or the club have taken further tickets without announcing it.

I got 313 for my lot on Friday brownout - it's the high block in the new bit, so thought it might be an additional allocation? So I couldn't figure out why we got those on Friday. :eh:

I got 213, which is the middle tier. I assume that we would then have the lower tier block 113 as well, so maybe its the adjoining blocks 314,214 & 114 that we not taken up in the allocation?

Man City now available on 2 points - so here’s chance for those who struggle to get away tickets.

Surely we’ve sold more than 1500 and the club have taken the extra allocation without updating the website.

What’s with this bollox of starting with smaller allocation which in itself is stupid but more annoying starting the small allocation at 20 points

It’s almost as if the club WANT to ensure the hard core away support might not get tickets
