I was at the game last night, it weren't a bad game and a good couple of goals from us. At times, our passing was very good.

Plus, I think that is the first time I have seen us win at the Madejski, it's been a long time! Not a bad turn out either, probably due to it being half term.

The west ham coach though.... boy he's angry soul. The crowd weren't having any of his complaints by the end
He was also being filmed all game too, i am assuming for that BBC 3 show. There will be alot of editing of that footage before it goes up, haha.

We've drawn Reading, games cheduled to be played Sunday 14th April.
Reading women's team play at Wycombe's ground, I shall most likely go to this.

They'll fancy their chances against Reading, dodged both Chelsea and Man City in the draw. Shame the semi isn't at Villa Park!

If they make the final, and stay up, which barring a disaster they will do easily, it'll have been a hugely successful 1st season for them. Wish them all the best. Jack Jnr seems like a decent bloke, and he's done a fantastic job given the early season loss of his GM.

Just to let u know, they do sometimes switch their games to the Madejski, we played them there a month back. Suppose it depends when the men's team is at home.

I tried watching the YouTube live stream of the Villa game but gave up after around fifteen minutes or so due to the quality of the picture and camera usage. It's not just Villa's coverage either but does seem to be an issue of the women's game across the board (such as ours the other week where they might have had a better result filming it from a mobile phone, for example). I honestly think that they would start getting more viewers if the WSL were to invest a bit of cash on improving this aspect (including adding some commentary).

I watched the Villa stream for about 3 mins and gave up. The camera quality was horrendous. The problem is the stands at the grounds they play just are not a good height for cameras to be positioned within the stand.

They need a giant scaffolding so the camera is at a good height to look down on the pitch rather than at head height for a start.
