Tonights matches

Post by Puff Daddy » Tue Apr 30, 2019 10:08 am

Well, this is it! Spuds / Ajax ~ Champions League Semi. C'mon Ajax. Up to you if you want to start discussing this now or not.

There are also two crunch matches tonight in League 1 effecting automatic promotion.

Sunderland at Fleetwood
Pompey at home to Peterborough

Sunderland have absolutely thrown automatic promotion down the pan, though the striker leaving in Jan didn't help.

Some potentially great playoff games

Championship

Leeds vs Derby/Boro
Villa vs WBA

League One

Could be anything from Sunderland, Portsmouth, Charlton

e

Sunderland have lost only 4 matches all season. Their problem is, they have drawn too many games and this has been telling come the end game .

They brought Grigg in to propel them in Jan and he really hasn't

I hope I'm wrong but I feel like Ajax have to run out of steam, they're playing so far above themselves in the Champions League.

Living in Pompey I am praying they make it back to the championship - they have had a hell of a time over the years.

Their new owner is doing it the right way, not over spending and still has the community at the heart of the club.

Massive two games for them.

Play Up Pompey

Scum vs. Scum
Only if they are both disqualified, it will be a good result...

I don't like Tottenham and dislike all of their fans. Well, the ones I haven't met.

However, I know a fair few who I dearly love and they would obviously be incredibly happy with a Tottenham win.

Who am I to wish for anything but their happiness.

Come on Ajax.

As I know some passionate Feyenoord supporters I really shouldn't hope for a win for the dutch Tottenham - but I obviously do - come on Ajax

One of my close mates is going tonight, he said he was in tears after the City game.
Do I want them to win for him? Do I f***, come on Ajax.
