Two minute piece from Sky on the area we used to call home, where one-bed flats now go for £350k.

Can you imagine if an astute businessman had that land and used the profit to finance a football team?
They could be challenging for top 6.

One day I'm absolutely convinced, something is going to come out of that deal. A chairman with an interest in a number of properties and property companies, selling to a buyer who makes a £20m profit within less than a few days ?

I find it extremely difficult to understand how such an established property tycoon could be duped like that.

The fella that owned the land has invested in a zoo full of bejewelled panthers .

The only news I want is for them to be gone soon

Can I just remind you boys and girls, that accusations of corruption etc with no evidence (regardless of your opinion) is libellous, so please be careful with what you say.

Thank you.

Devastating viewing, on so many levels.

Although I agree its the fans that are the heart and soul of a football club, you cannot under estimate how much influence that place had in creating and shaping those very fans that are (were) the heart and soul of West Ham United.

I understand things in life move on and change, but I can never ever forgive those 3 greed driven spivs for what, and moreso how, they've stitched us up. Season on season what we once had is diluted.

Fans my arse. They've done so much damage.

Moving us from our home in order to cash in on developing the land would make far more sense as the prime reason behind everything when you look how everything has panned out.

No one can seriously now believe at this point argue that it was in order for the club to achieve more on the pitch when you look at the level of investment made on the playing side whilst at the London Stadium or say that it was to improve the facilities and matchday experienced offered to the fans with so many of us unhappy with so much of the venue.

With what now seems misleading statements made to engineer the move and the haste that the demolition of the Boleyn Ground took place whilst moving us at the time into a not fit for purpose Stadium surely it is only natural to feel slightly suspicious about it all?

When I went onto the link, got a message of "This media may contain sensitive material. Learn more".

Still baffles me how many people genuinely thought it was a positive move.

You're not the only one. I'm also convinced Sullivan is taking some of the cream off the top of all these property deals and kept his grubby fingers in all those pies. The only reason we haven't heard of it is because he wouldn't want it to become common knowledge knowing the backlash he'd get from a baying fanbase. I struggle to believe he agreed to all this just for the sake of a few bob (20 mill) which is **** all in the grand scheme of things. We deserve to know too because it wasn't his to sell against our wishes. "Club custodians" my arse.
