DL

My suspicion is that it’s the simplest of those reasons - albeit they may all play a part.

Newcastle are rumoured to be going for £350m. GSB think West Ham is worth over £800m :P

I reckon that's it, right there. Its not that nobody wants to buy, it's that they don't want to give up their tickets on the gravy train, and they've priced us out.

DL - G&S don’t want to sell

It’s as simple as that

I’ve chatted to their young uns on a couple of (work related) occasions - they fully expect the business to be passed down

WHU is their nest egg

Controversial here. The young ones might run it better...

Is it not fairly obvious why Arabs would not want to deal with Gold and Sullivan?

I am not so sure what experience do Vyvyan and Mike have in running a football club?

Why buy a club who does not even own their own stadium.
Man City don't own their own stadium.

West Ham & Newcastle were the next cabs off of the rank with regards to being bought by a super rich owner. Fingers crossed that we are next.

Because Gold, Sullivan, and Brady are so good at it with their X amount of years experience...

Are you suggesting the jews and Muslims don't ever do business together?

This sounds all but done now. Also seen Villa owners are worth more than Kroenke. If Leicester Everton wolves spend we could be looking at an expected position of 12th before the season even starts. No question the depth in PL is getting tougher and tougher. Stand still for a season and you’ll be in a relegation fight before you know it.

You think? Personally I think that G&S bought West Ham to make a profit by selling it in the future. They moved us to The LS because they thought that by doing so it would us a more attractive proposition.

I'm praying that they succeed, because if they don't, we are stuck with them.

I've not chatted to them, but that is my hunch as well.

The kids aren't smart enough to make it on their own, so they'll need a business that will bring in the cash for them, year in year out.

gold and Sullivan are going nowhere until we own the bowl. I reckon it will be bought in next few years as costs continue to spiral. Then the leeches will sell ground and all for a big sum.

until then we scrap by and pelle makes do with scraps !

Everything has it's price, regardless if it's 'for sale' or not.

I reckon mike Ashley losing a shed load of money in his failed Debenhams takeover has forced him into lowering his asking price hence the speed that this seems to be moving as he needs a fast sale to save his empire

I've mentioned this before (possibly the only ITK item in my 12yrs a kumber)

If and when they sell, Sullivan wants any sale of WHUFC to include one or both of his sons being included onto the new board of directors.

Sullivan would never do what Ashley will do in this sense. Sell to the wealthier guy.

I believe passionately that Sullivan is the worse owner. Anyone disagree ?
