If we are going to win a cup in my living memory then I would rather it was the FA than the Rumbelows (or whatever the kids are calling it these days).

Jog on league cup, I’m after better.

(I’ve almost convinced myself)

We're winning against every team in the league, and we've just beaten Manchester United - at home - again!

We've just been humiliated by a third division team, losing by four goals!

We're still West Ham United (even if we've moved, playing in the Sky Sports League and have more foreign talent than local)

We don't do things by halves. Not even in the humiliation stakes did we let Spus out-do us.

- Still unbeaten in the League since the opening game of the season;

- unbeaten away from home;

- Yarmolenko is on a good run now - 3 goals in 4 games;

- Anderson picking up assists even when not playing well;

- Declan Rice is getting better and better;

- Lanzini is back;

- we have picked up a point more than we did when we played Bournemouth last season;

- it's the 2nd time this season after we got thrashed we have responded well, which shows the players have more character than they showed at times last season (5-0 Man City & 4-0 Oxford);

- we're 3rd in the table and will be at worse 5th by the end of the weekend;

- oh and we're still above Sp*rs too! :scarfer:

I am feeling positive about the club as a whole,first team doing well ,u23 doing very well and academy also doing well.
The club has got a good manager who believes in positive football ,the club has got a u23 manager who believes in the same philosophy and a DOF who seems to be able to spot a decent player.
At academy level it seems that the new academy manager is attracting top class players.
The success of our club will not happen over night,it's a project that may take a few seasons to see the results
Whoever is responsible for making all these changes needs gratitude .
I am not normally a optimistic person but at the moment I see a bright future for our club but must stay patient when things might seem to taking time to happen .

Lanzini, Anderson, Rice, Noble, Fornals , Yarmolenko and Haller could find each other in the dark.

In fact we could play with blind folds and still finish top 6.

Ogbonna has had some classy performances the last games..

(My MotM today)

I really wish myself a game with the duo: BALBUENA-OGBONNA...

Maybe it can be an alternative no one has think of...

A new solution or revelation... 8-)

One player that has fallen under the radar - Ryan Fredericks has been playing really well the past few games.

Got an assist finally against Palace with a well worked team goal, as one of his weaknesses is his crossing.

For me he was our MOTM against Palace :thup:
